HUMI Catat Pertumbuhan Pendapatan di Semester Pertama 2024
Jakarta,- Emiten pelayaran PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. (“Perseroan”) atau yang
dikenal dengan kode saham “HUMI”, membukukan pendapatan sebesar USD57,69 juta di
semester I/2024. Hasil ini naik 18,18% dibandingkan pendapatan sebesar USD48,82 juta pada
semester I/2023.
Kontributor utama pendapatan HUMI pada semester I/2024 adalah jasa sewa kapal bahan
kimia USD28,14 juta, gas alam cair USD14,86 juta, minyak mentah dan BBM USD7,21 juta, dan
penunjang kegiatan lepas pantai USD5,07 juta.
Menurut laporan keuangan HUMI per Juni 2024, Selasa (31/7/2024), laba tahun berjalan
Perseroan tercatat USD5,18 juta pada semester I/2024. Angka ini turun 50,74% dari laba tahun
berjalan HUMI sebesar USD11,38 juta pada semester I/2023, terutama dari divestasi, salah
satu anak usaha Perseroan pada akhir Juni 2023 lalu.
Meski laba tahun berjalan HUMI mengalami penurunan, utilisasi kapal sepanjang semester
I/2024, beroperasi di atas rencana operasi yaitu rata-rata mencapai di atas 90%, khususnya
untuk segmen transportasi LNG, chemical, offshore support vessel dan tug assists di
pelabuhan.
Tirta Hidayat, Direktur Utama Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa pencapaian pendapatan ini
didorong optimal oleh pendapatan dari sektor transportasi kimia yang tumbuh sebesar 400%
pada segmen jasa sewa kapal pada semester I dibandingkan tahun lalu. “Permintaan yang
sangat signifikan untuk mengangkut bahan kimia dari pelanggan, mendorong pendapatan
yang cukup signifikan di semester I ini,” ujar Tirta.
Tirta optimis perusahaan akan mencapai pertumbuhan yang positif hingga akhir tahun,
pihaknya telah menyusun strategi bisnis untuk optimalisasi operasional usaha.
“Memasuki semester kedua tahun ini, kami akan terus proaktif mendorong inisiatif
optimalisasi pertumbuhan dengan melakukan diversifikasi pelanggan", kata Tirta. HUMI juga
berencana untuk mengakuisisi kapal jenis lainnya untuk memperkaya portfolio Perusahaan.
"Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, pada tahun 2024 ini, HUMI berencana menambah 9
kapal, terdiri dari 3 kapal kimia, 1 kapal LNG, dan 5 kapal Tugboat. Kebutuhan ini disesuaikan
dengan permintaan pasar, dimana ketiga jenis kapal tersebut saat ini sangat diminati di
Indonesia," ungkapnya. Hingga akhir Juli 2024, telah terealisasi 2 kapal chemical dan 2 kapal
harbour tug. "Keempat kapal tersebut telah beroperasi penuh dan melayani pelanggan sesuai
dengan segmen jenis kapalnya," tambah Tirta.

Pada semester 2/2024 yang akan datang direncanakan untuk direalisasikannya kapal LPG dan
tugboat yang akan melayani pelabuhan di wilayah timur. Sedangkan rencana penambahan 1
kapal LNG akan dirubah investasinya ke jenis kapal lainnya oleh PT GTS Internasional Tbk.
(GTSI), namun masih menunggu hasil keputusan RUPSLB GTSI yang direncanakan pada tanggal
15 Agustus 2024 yang akan datang.

HUMI Records Revenue Growth in the First Half of 2024
Jakarta - Shipping company PT Humpuss Maritim Internasional Tbk. ("the Company"), known
by its stock code "HUMI" reported revenue of USD57.69 million in the first half of 2024. This
result represents an 18.18% increase compared to revenue of USD48.82 million in the first
half of 2023.
The main contributors to HUMI's revenue in the first half of 2024 were chemical tanker
services worth USD28.14 million, liquefied natural gas worth USD14.86 million, crude oil and
fuel worth USD7.21 million, and offshore support services worth USD5.07 million.
The company recorded a profit of USD 5.18 million in the first half of 2024, according to
HUMI's financial report as of June 2024, Tuesday (7/31/2024). This figure is down 50.74% from
HUMI's profit for the year of USD 11.38 million in the first half of 2023, mainly due to the
divestment of one of the company's subsidiaries at the end of June 2023.
Although HUMI's profit for the year has declined, vessel utilization during the first half of 2024
operated above the operational plan, averaging over 90%, particularly in the LNG, chemical,
offshore support vessel, and tug assistance segments in ports.
Tirta Hidayat, President Director of HUMI, stated that this revenue achievement was optimally
driven by revenue from the chemical transportation sector, which grew by 400% in the vessel
charter services segment in the first half compared to last year. "The very significant demand
for transporting chemicals from customers drove significant revenue in this first half," said
Tirta.
Tirta is optimistic that the company will achieve positive growth by the end of the year, and
the company has developed a business strategy to optimize business operations. "Entering
the second half of this year, we will continue to proactively push growth optimization
initiatives by diversifying our customer base," said Tirta. HUMI also plans to acquire other
types of vessels to enrich the company's portfolio.
"To meet market needs in 2024, HUMI plans to add nine vessels, consisting of three chemical
tankers, one LNG tanker, and five tugboats. This need is adjusted to market demand, where
these three types of vessels are currently in high demand in Indonesia," he said. As of the end
of July 2024, two chemical tankers and two harbor tugs have been realized. "These four
vessels are fully operational and serving customers according to their segment types," added
Tirta.
In the upcoming second half of 2024, the realization of LPG and tugboats serving ports in the
eastern region is planned. While 1 LNG vessel's investment will be converted to other types
of vessels by PT GTS Internasional Tbk. (GTSI), where the change is awaiting the decision of
the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) scheduled for August 15, 2024.
