 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material        I.Jenis peristiwa atau kejadian yang menyebabkan
                                             bertambahnya kewajiban keuangan :
                                             Bahwa pada tanggal 29 Juli 2024 Perseroan dan PT Indonesia
                                             Infrastructure Finance (IIF), suatu lembaga keuangan bukan
                                             bank yang didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan
                                             No. 100 PMK.010 2009 tentang Perusahaan Pembiayaan
                                             Infrastruktur, yang berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan, telah
                                             menandatangani Perubahan Pertama Akta Perjanjian Fasilitas
                                             Pinjaman Berjangka Senior Nomor 22 Tanggal 21 Desember
                                             2023 (selanjutnya disebut dengan Perubahan Pertama
                                             Perjanjian Fasilitas Pinjaman), dengan informasi sebagai
                                             berikut :
                                             Nilai Pinjaman : maksimum Rp300.000.000.000,- (tiga ratus
                                             miliar Rupiah) (Fasilitas Tranche B).
                                             Tujuan Pinjaman : Kebutuhan modal kerja dan kegiatan umum
                                             usaha (general corporate purposes) untuk tahun 2024 2025.
                                             Jangka Waktu: 7 (tujuh) tahun sejak masing-masing Tanggal
                                             Penarikan Fasilitas Tranche B.

                                             II.      Perkiraan penambahan kewajiban :
                                             Dengan ditandatanganinya Perubahan Pertama Fasilitas
                                             Pinjaman sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Keterbukaan
                                             Informasi ini mengakibatkan penambahan kewajiban-
                                             kewajiban Perseroan termasuk diantaranya penambahan
                                             kewajiban keuangan, namun masih dalam batas rasio yang
                                             ditentukan dalam PWA SI-I Tahap I, PWA SI-I Tahap II, PWA
                                             SI-I Tahap III, PWA SI-I Tahap IV, PWA SI-II Tahap I dan PWA
                                             SI-II Tahap II, serta perjanjian-perjanjian lainnya.

                                             III.    Jenis Peristiwa atau kejadian yang menyebabkan
                                             menurunnya pendapatan :

                                             IV.     Perkiraan penurunan nilai pendapatan :
                                             Tidak ada

 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta       Dengan diperolehnya fasilitas pinjaman ini, maka Perseroan
 material tersebut terhadap kegiatan         mendapat dukungan untuk melakukan ekspansi usaha, yang
 operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,       berpotensi meningkatkan likuiditas dan keuntungan
 atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau         Perseroan.

Informasi Lain

a. Atas jumlah fasilitas pinjaman yang diperoleh berdasarkan Perubahan Pertama Perjanjian Fasilitas Pinjaman ini,
Perseroan menyatakan bahwa Perseroan masih memenuhi ketentuan rasio keuangan yang diijinkan sebagaimana
diatur dalam PWA SI-I Tahap I, PWA SI-I Tahap II, PWA SI-I Tahap III, PWA SI-I Tahap IV, PWA SI-II Tahap I, PWA SI-
II Tahap II dan perjanjian-perjanjian kredit lainnya. b. Bahwa dalam rangka memperoleh Perubahan Pertama Fasilitas
Pinjaman ini Perseroan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari seluruh kreditur Perseroan sebagaimana kewajiban
Perseroan yang diamanatkan dalam setiap perjanjian-perjanjian kredit/pembiayaan. c. Informasi yang disampaikan
dalam Keterbukaan Informasi ini merupakan informasi yang diungkapkan Perseroan guna memenuhi ketentuan POJK
31/2015. d. Apabila terdapat perubahan atau penyesuaian informasi atas Informasi atau Fakta Material di atas, maka
Perseroan akan menginformasikan kembali perubahan dan/atau penyesuaian tersebut secara resmi melalui Sistem
Pelaporan Elektronik (SPE) OJK-IDX pada kesempatan pertama.

 Description of Material Information or        I.        Types of events or events that can cause an increase
 Facts                                         in financial liabilities:

                                               Whereas on 29 July 2024, the Company and PT Indonesia
                                               Infrastructure Finance (IIF), a non-bank financial institution
                                               established under the Regulation of the Minister of Finance
                                               No. 100/PMK.010/2009 on Infrastructure Financing
                                               Companies, domiciled in South Jakarta, have signed a Deed
                                               of First Amendment to the Deed of Senior Term Loan Facility
                                               Agreement No. 22 dated 21 December 2023 (hereinafter
                                               referred to as the First Amendment to the Loan Facility
                                               Agreement), with the following details :
                                               Loan Limit: up to IDR 300,000,000,000 (three hundred billion
                                               Rupiah) (Tranche Facility B).
                                               Proceed: Working capital requirements and general corporate
                                               purposes for 2024 - 2025.
                                               Period: 7 (seven) years from each Tranche Facility B
                                               Drawdown Date.

                                               II.       Estimated additional liabilities :
                                               By signing The First Amendment to the Loan Facility
                                               Agreement as referred to in this Public Disclosure resulted in
                                               the addition of the Company's obligations including the
                                               addition of financial obligations, but still within the ratio limits
                                               determined in PWA SI-I Phase I, PWA SI-I Phase II, PWA SI-I
                                               Phase III, PWA SI-I Phase IV, PWA SI-II Phase I and PWA SI-
                                               II Phase II, as well as other agreements.

SI-I Phase II, PWA SI-I Phase III, PWA SI-I Phase IV, PWA SI-II Phase I, PWA SI-II Phase II and other credit
agreements. b. In order to obtain tRhis First Amendment of the Loan Facility Agreement, the Company has
obtained approval from all creditors of the Company as mandated in every credit/financing agreements. c. The
information submitted in this Public Disclosure is information disclosed by the Company in order to comply with the
provisions of POJK 31/2015. d. If there are changes or adjustments to the information or Material Facts above, the
Company will inform you of the changes and/or adjustments officially through the OJK-IDX Electronic Reporting
System (SPE) at the first opportunity.
