Raya Serang Km. 13,8 Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang Banten 15710 Attention of : Mrs. Juliana, Director Dear Madam, This will confirm our understanding of the arrangements for the audit of the financial statements of PT Haloni Jane Tbk (“the Company”) for the year ending December 31, 2023. Audit Responsibilities and Limitations We will conduct our audit of the statement of financial position of the Company as of December 31, 2023 and the related statements of profit and loss and other comprehensive income, changes in eguity and cash flows for the year then ending, with the objective of rendering an opinion on such financial statements. The preparation of the financial statements, including the adeguacy of the disclosures therein are the responsibility of the Company's management. This responsibility also includes the proper maintenance of accounting records and internal controls, selection and application of accounting policies, and safeguarding of the Company's assets. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit. We will conduct our audit in accordance with auditing standards established by the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI). Accordingly, we will examine, on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. We will also assess the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluate the overall financial statement presentation in accordance with the reguirements of the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) issued by Financial Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (DSAK-IAI). Accordingly, our opinion on such financial statements depends on the results of the audit procedures which we will conduct, therefore we cannot guarantee that we can render an ungualified opinion on the financial statements referred to above. We believe that our audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion. The auditing standards established by the IAPI reguire that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable, not absolute, assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement, whether caused by error or fraud. Accordingly, a material misstatement may remain undetected. Also, an audit is not designed to detect error or fraud that is immaterial to the financial statements. However, we will bring to your attention material misstatements and fraudulent or illegal acts of which we become aware during our audit. Registered Public Accountants Business License No. 696/KM.1/2013 While an audit includes obtaining an understanding of internal control sufficient to plan the audit and to determine the nature, timing and extent of audit procedures to be performed, it is not designed to provide assurance on internal control or to identify significant deficiencies in internal control. However, we will submit a separate letter regarding significant deficiencies in the internal control structure which are noted by us in the conduct of our audit. The working papers prepared in conjunction with our work are the property of our Firm, constitute confidential and proprietary information and will be retained by us in accordance with our policies and procedures. Staff Assistance and Cooperation We will perform our audit as expediticusly as possible. As discussed with you, your accounting personnel will assist us and cooperate in the timely preparation of trial balances, schedules and account analyses, and provide clerical assistance as needed. We wish to emphasize that our ability to complete this work on time will depend largely on the availability and guality of the reguired information and documents Management's Responsibilities and Representations Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of the financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). Management is also responsible for (1) maintaining effective internal control over financial reporting, (2) identifying and ensuring the Company complies with the laws and regulations applicable to its activities, and (3) making available to us all financial records and related information and personnel with information of relevance to our engagement. In accordance with the reguirements of the auditing standards issued by the IAPI, we will make specific inguiries of management and others about the representations embodied in the financial statements and effectiveness of internal control. We will also reguire written confirmation from management regarding the completeness of the statements and information provided to us in relation with our conduct of the audit. This representation letter, among others, will cover the completeness of minutes of meetings conducted, assets under pledge, adeguacy of allowance for doubtful accounts receivable, terms on assets or liabilities and other matters relating to the financial statements. The results of our audit tests, the responses to our inguiries and the written representations constitute the evidential matter we intend to rely upon in forming an opinion on the financial statements. Because of the importance of management's representations to an effective audit, the Company agrees to release our Firm and its personnel from any liability, claims and costs relating to our services under this letter attributable to any misrepresentations by management, whether made orally or in writing. If you intend to publish or otherwise reproduce the financial statements together with our report or otherwise make reference to our Firm in a document that contains other information, you agree to provide us with a draft of the printed document for our review and approval before the document is printed and distributed. 0000 00 0 00 GG GW GUY UU GUY U GUY Y UG UU YY 4 4

Registered Public Accountants Oa el ena Business License No. 696/KM.1/2013 Furthermore, you agree that the terms of this engagement do not encompass an undertaking by us (1) to consent, by means of a separate letter or otherwise, to the inclusion of our auditors' report on the financial statements referred to above in a filing with a regulatory agency or otherwise reissue our report for purposes of a securities offering or other financing transaction, or (2) to acknowledge reliance on our report by others. Non Solicitation of Staff Our staff are valuable to us. They are essential to our Firm in order to render excellent service to clients. We devote substantial time and effort in the recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention of our staff. Accordingly, during our engagement with you and for one (1) year thereafter, you agree not to offer employment to our staff, encourage any of our staff to leave their employment, or hire any former staff who has left employment with us for the last twelve (12) months. Confidentiality and Information Security We shall keep confidential and not disclose or use any information provided pursuant hereto except in relation to the performance of our duties under the engagement without the Company's prior written consent. This restriction does not apply to information which is already in our possession through prior engagement by the Company or any of the Company's affiliates which is not subject to a confidentiality obligation, which is or becomes publicly available or available to any third party without restriction or breach of confidential undertaking, or which is or becomes available to us without restriction or breach of confidential undertaking from a source other than the Company or the Company's representatives. We may also disclose information to the extent reguired by order of any court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction, but we shall give the Company to the extent practical under the circumstances, advance written notice to permit the Company to contest the order. We may disclose information furnished hereunder to any employee, representative or partner of the Firm in the course of his duties. We shall ensure that no such person shall disclose or use such information except as provided herein. We shall not disclose this engagement to any person without the Company's prior written consent. Professional Fees and Other Arrangements Our estimated professional fee for the above-mentioned engagement is Rp 160,000,000 (One Hundred And Sixty Million Rupiah). The foregoing professional fee will be billed by us as follows: - First billing, upon approval of this letter 5049 - Second billing, upon submission of the draft financial statements 30Y6 - Final billing, upon submission of the final financial statements 2076 All of out-of-pocket expenses such as transportation, cost of photocopies, and others incurred during the conduct of our audit will be included in final billing. Value-added tax (PPN) will be for the account of the Company. Other services which may be performed at your reguest and will be billed separately from the regular audit work. CU. Registered Public Accountants Ma aga empan Business License No. 696/KM.1/2013 The Company agrees that our Firm's maximum liability for any reason, including our Firm's negligence, relating to the services rendered under this letter shall be limited to the fees paid to our Firm for the services or work product giving rise to the liability. As further consideration for our Firm providing the services set out in this letter, the Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our Firm and its personnel from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses whatsoever, whether brought or incurred by the Company or any third parties related to, or arising directly or indirectly from the services provided under this letter. Validity of The Proposal This Proposal shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from its receipt and must be signed within the said period. Otherwise, the terms of this agreement shall be reviewed again and may be subject to change. Governing Laws This Proposal/agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Acknowledgment Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing by signing the duplicate copy of this letter and returning it to us.
