In compliance with the provisions of the Article 10 paragraph 1 and 2 the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding The Corporate Secretary of Issuer or Public Company and Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-£ of regarding Obligation of Information Submission, the Board of Directors of PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (“Company”) hereby announced that Mr. Ricky Hartono has been appointed as Corporate Secretary of the Company effective as of August 01, 2024 based on the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 009/02/DIR-AH/VII/2024 dated July 31, 2024 to replace Ms. Prisca Lumban Tobing.
