Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini
kami, PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk (Perseroan) bermaksud
menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi terkait Perpindahan
Papan Pencatatan Perseroan dari Papan Pengembangan ke
Papan Utama yang kami lampirkan bersama surat ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perpindahan ke Papan Utama ini merupakan flag carrier bagi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Pasar Modal Indonesia dan merupakan bentuk pengakuan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atas kinerja dan pemenuhan kepatuhan Perseroan. Tidak ada
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Financial Services Authority Regulation
Facts Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies,
we, PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk (Company) hereby intend to
convey Disclosure of Information regarding the Transfer of the
Company's Listing Board from the Development Board to the
Main Board which we attach with this letter.
Impact of event, material information or This transfer to the Main Board acts as a flag carrier for the
facts towards Issuers or Public Indonesian Capital Market and serves as a recognition of the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company's performance and compliance fulfillment. There is
financial condition, or going concern no negative impact on the operational activities, legal standing,
financial condition, or business continuity of the Company.
Conversely, this is expected to enhance credibility, information
