yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau

affect the value of the Company's securities or investment decisions of investors, as governed under OJK
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuer or Public
Company (POJK 31/2015) as partially amended by OJK Regulation No. 45 of 2024 on the Development and
Strengthening of Issuer and Public Company (POJK 45/2024).

Berdasarkan informasi yang tersedia dan telah diungkapkan kepada publik, Perseroan mengetahui bahwa
PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, selaku salah satu pemegang saham Perseroan, telah melakukan aktivitas
terkait kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan dan telah melaporkan aktivitas tersebut sesuai dengan
ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau
Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka (POJK 4/2024). Sehubungan dengan aktivitas pemegang saham lainnya, Perseroan
mengacu pada informasi yang tersedia dan pelaporan yang disampaikan sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk informasi yang telah disampaikan dan diungkapkan
3 kepada publik.
Q: Does the Company have knowledge of any shareholder activity as referred to under OJK Regulation No.
4 of 2024 on Report on Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Public Company Shares?
A: Based on information that is available and has been disclosed to the public, the Company is aware that
PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, as one of the Company's shareholders, has carried out activities relating to
its shareholding in the Company and has reported such activities in accordance with the provisions of the
OJK Regulation Number 4 of 2024 on Report on Ownership or of Any Ownership Changes in Public
Company Shares and Report on Activities of Securing Public Company Shares (POJK 4/2024). With regard
to the activities of other shareholders, the Company refers to the information available and the reports
submitted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, including information that has been
submitted and disclosed to the public.
Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam
3 bulan mendatang)?
Selain yang telah diungkapkan kepada publik, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi dalam waktu dekat yang dapat berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

A: Apart from what has already been disclosed to the public, the Company does not yet have any definitive
plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near term, including those that may affect the listing of the
Company's shares on the Exchange.

Sampai dengan tanggapan ini dikirimkan, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya
yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang
belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Apabila terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang perlu diungkapkan
kepada publik, Perseroan akan senantiasa mematuhi kewajiban penyampaian informasi terkait informasi
atau fakta material sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK 31/2015 sebagaimana diubah sebagian dengan POJK
45/2024 dan Peraturan I-E.

A: As of the date of this response, the Company has no such information/facts/events that may materially
affect the Company's securities price and its business continuity that have not yet been disclosed to the
public. If such information or material facts needs to be disclosed to the public, the Company will ensure
compliance with information or material facts disclosure obligations as stipulated under POJK 31/2015 as
amended by POJK 45/2024 and Regulation I-E.

Rencana pemegang saham utama dan pengendali terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham
utama dan pengendali dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.
Berdasarkan informasi yang kami terima, hingga saat ini, pemegang saham utama dan pengendali tidak
atau belum memiliki rencana khusus terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

this case, we request the Corporate Secretary to inquire with such shareholders before responding to the
confirmation.
A: Based on the information we have received to date, the major and controlling shareholder do not have or
yet to have any specific plans regarding its shareholding in the Company.
