2026 BUSINESS TREND AND OUTLOOK
The business context remains highly uncertain and volatile…
    • Trade restrictions, the situation in Venezuela, and the conflict in the Middle East are driving higher volatility in global oil and
gas markets. Asia is among the most affected regions.
    • In Indonesia, Local Content requirements have evolved, yet key points remain insufficiently defined and implementation is
        still inconsistent.
    • Domestic pipe producers have further strengthened their position in Indonesia.

… resulting in a challenging outlook for 2026
    • Backlog at the end of December 2025 is lower than at the end of December 2024.
    • While SKK Migas remains committed to drilling and production objectives, several projects are not progressing fast enough to
        cope with the current environment.
    • Major Long-Term Agreements were concluded in recent months; however, deliveries will be distributed across 2026, 2027
        and 2028.
    • International demand continues to be affected by the Middle East situation.

We are committed to create sustainable value in this current market environment.
