("Laporan Keuangan Juni 2024”) akan dilakukan
proses audit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik Tjahjadi &
Tamara (Member of Morison Global), guna
memperoleh data yang ditelaah oleh pihak
independen sehubungan dengan telah selesainya
transaksi pengambilalihan saham Perseroan oleh PT
Iforte Solusi Infotek.

Referring to the Article 111.1.1.5.2 of the IDX Regulation
No. I-E, the Company would like to inform that the
Company's Interim Financial Statements for the period
ended 30 June 2024 ("Financial Statements of June
2024”) will be audited by the Public Accounting Firm
Tjahjadi & Tamara (Member of Morison Global,
obtaining data reviewed by an independent party in
connection with the completion of the Company
share acguisition transaction by PT Iforte Solusi
Infotek.

Sehubungan dengan ketentuan pada Angka

dan OJK selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 30
September 2024.

Regulation No. I-E, which stipulates that the deadline
for submitting interim financial statements audited by
a Public Accountant is carried out no later than the
end of the third month after the date of such interim
financial statements, we hereby inform that the
Financial Statements of June 2024 will be submitted to
IDX and OJK no later than 30 September 2024.
