Perihal : Penjelasan atas perubahan aset pada laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian
periode 30 Juni 2024 PT Indo Straits Tbk (“Perseroan”)

Dengan hormat

Merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Nomor  Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal
Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, terutama pada ketentuan
1III.1.1.4. yang menyatakan bahwa apabila terdapat
perubahan lebih dari 2096 (dua puluh perseratus) pada
pos Jumlah Aset dan/atau Jumlah Liabilitas pada
Laporan Keuangan Interim atau laporan Keuangan
Auditan tahunan periode tahun buku berjalan
dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan
terakhir, maka bersamaan dengan penyampaian
laporan keuangan Perusahaan Tercatat wajib
memberikan penjelasan tentang penyebab perubahan
berikut pendapat manajemen tentang dampak
perubahan tersebut terhadap kinerja keuangan
Perusahaan Tercatat pada tahun berjalan.

Terdapat perubahan pada pos Jumlah Liabilitas sebesar
22,65Yo ada periode laporan Keuangan 30 Juni 2024
dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahun buku
2023 Perseroan.

Perubahan jumlah total liabilitas dari USD 17,08 Juta di
tahun 2023 menjadi USD 13,21 Juta per Juni 2024,
salah satunya karena pembayaran kewajiban (akrual)
periode sebelum 2024 PT Indo Straits Tbk kepada
Straits Corporation Pte Ltd (SCPL) selaku Pemegang
Saham mayoritas Perseroan dengan total nilai sebesar
USD 2,3 Juta.

Pembayaran atas kewajiban tersebut memberikan
dampak penurunan kewajiban Perseroan kepada SCPL
sebesar 18,974 dari sebelumnya sebesar USD 12,3
juta per Desember 2023, menjadi USD 10 Juta pada

periode Juni 2024.

Referring to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E
Regarding Obligations to Submit Information, especially
in provision III.1.1.4. which states that if there is a
change of more than 2096 (twenty percent) in the Total
Assets and/or Total Liabilities items in the Interim
Financial Statements or annual Audited Financial
Statements for the current fiscal year period compared
to the last annual Audited Financial Statements, then
together with the submission of financial statements,
the Listed Company is reguired to provide an
explanation of the cause of the change along with
management's opinion on the impact of the change on
the financial performance of the Listed Company in the
current year.

There was a change in Total Liabilities by 22.65Y6 for
the period of 30 June 2024 compared to the Audited
Financial Statements of the Company's 2023 financial
year.

The change in total liabilities from USD 17.08 Million in
2023 to USD 13.21 Million as of June 2024, one of
which is due to the payment of obligations (accruals)
for the period before 2024 PT Indo Straits Tbk to Straits
Corporation Pte Ltd (SCPL) as the Company's majority
shareholder with a total value of USD 2.3 Million.

The payment of the obligation resulted in a decrease in
the Company's obligation to SCPL by 18.97Y6 from the
previous USD 12.3 million as of December 2023, to USD
10 Million in the June 2024 period.
