Strengthening Strategic Cooperation, Volta, ESB, and IBC Enhance Electric
Vehicle Services and Infrastructure in Indonesia

Jakarta, July 30, 2024 - Volta and Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), subsidiaries of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX:
NFCX), MCASH Group, are strengthening their strategic cooperation with Indonesia Battery Corporation
(IBC) to enhance electric vehicle services and infrastructure in Indonesia. This initiative is a continuation
of the previous collaboration between Volta and IBC, which was agreed upon for the development of the
battery-based electric motorcycle Industry Ecosystem.
The scope of this cooperation includes providing comprehensive after-sales services, efficient warehouse
management, joint marketing strategies, expansion of sales networks, and synergistic branding
development. Through this synergy, each party is committed to providing their technical expertise and
improving the quality of maintenance and repair services for electric motorcycles, ensuring the availability
of essential spare parts and components, and promoting the benefits of electric vehicles to the broader
public. This collaboration will also facilitate consumers in accessing quality products through the
expansion of sales networks. Strong and consistent branding is expected to enhance the positive image in
the eyes of consumers, supporting broader adoption of electric vehicles.
Okie Octavia Kurniawan, CEO of Volta & Director of NFCX, stated, "We are very excited about the
continuation of our previous cooperation with IBC, where this strategic collaboration further clarifies the
focus of strategic initiatives that will be jointly carried out for the comprehensive electric vehicle

The three parties demonstrated their commitment to realizing this cooperation through the signing of a
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 29, 2024, in Jakarta. This initiative is expected to open new
opportunities in the development of a more integrative and efficient electric vehicle ecosystem, expand
access to supporting infrastructure, and encourage sustainable innovation in the electric vehicle sector.
Additionally, the parties aim to create a broad positive impact on society and the economy, as well as
strengthen Indonesia's position as a pioneer in the transition towards greener and more environmentally
friendly mobility.

MCASH Group, memperkuat kerjasama strategis dengan Indonesia Battery Corporation (IBC) untuk
meningkatkan Layanan dan Infrastruktur Kendaraan Listrik di Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan kelanjutan dari
kerjasama antara Volta dan IBC yang telah disepakati sebelumnya untuk Pengembangan Ekosistem

Ketiga pihak menunjukan komitmennya dalam merealisasikan kerjasama ini melalui penandatanganan
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) pada 29 Juli 2024 di Jakarta. Inisiatif ini diharapkan dapat
membuka peluang baru dalam pengembangan ekosistem kendaraan listrik yang lebih integratif dan
efisien, memperluas akses terhadap infrastruktur pendukung, serta mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan
dalam sektor kendaraan listrik. Selain itu para pihak juga bertujuan untuk menciptakan dampak positif
yang luas bagi masyarakat dan ekonomi, serta memperkuat posisi Indonesia sebagai pelopor dalam
transisi menuju mobilitas yang lebih hijau dan ramah lingkungan.
