Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a. Transaksi 1
1. Pada tanggal 12 Juli 2024, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Flyer terkait Pengumuman Lelang atas
Aset Peralatan yang dilaksanakan melalui Kantor Pelayanan
Kekayaan Negara (KPKNL) Purwakarta dengan metode
penawaran tertulis tanpa kehadiran peserta lelang melalui
Lelang Internet (E-Auction) secara tertutup (close bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman,
penawaran, sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 12 Juli 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 19 Juli 2024;
3. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dilakukan dengan
merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor
79/SK/WBP/PEN/2024 tanggal 17 Mei 2024 tentang
Penghapusan dan Penjualan Aset Tetap PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, sebagai salah satu upaya implementasi
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan (homologasi) oleh
Majelis Hakim pada tanggal 28 Juni 2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian);
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 4 paket
lelang, yaitu:
1. Paket 1:
- Genset (4 unit);
- Truck Mixer (5 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit);
- Sand Washing (1 unit);
- Dump Truck (1 unit);
- Batching Plant (1 unit).
2. Paket 2:
- Excavator (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (4 unit);
- Genset (7 unit);
- Sand Washing (3 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
3. Paket 3:
- Excavator (1 unit);
- Genset (8 unit);
- Sand Washing (2 unit);
- Truck Mixer (4 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
4. Paket 4:
- Excavator (1 unit);
- Genset (7 unit);
- Sand Washing (3 unit);
- Truck Mixer (4 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
total seluruhnya berjumlah 61 (enam puluh satu) Aset
Peralatan.
5. Total nilai buku audited Desember 2023 Aset
Peralatan yang dilelang adalah Rp3.246.842.467,- (tiga miliar
dua ratus empat puluh enam juta delapan ratus empat puluh
dua ribu empat ratus enam puluh tujuh Rupiah), dengan nilai
limit lelang keseluruhan berdasarkan nilai pasar Laporan
Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Herly, Ariawan, dan
Rekan dengan nomor laporan 00033/2.0078-
00/PI/03/0076/1/VIII/2023 tanggal 03 Agustus 2023 dan Harga
Perkiraan Sendiri adalah sebesar Rp7.318.966.250,- (tujuh
miliar tiga ratus delapan belas juta Sembilan ratus enam puluh
enam ribu dua ratus lima puluh Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN
11%), dan harga terbentuk dari proses lelang Transaksi 1
adalah sebesar Rp8.165.000.000,- (delapan miliar seratus
enam puluh lima juta Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN 11%);
6. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (asset disposal)

Peralatan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian;
7. Proses serah terima aset dilakukan secara bertahap
dimulai pada tanggal 25 Juli 2024.
b. Transaksi 2
1. Pada tanggal 16 Juli 2024, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Surat Kabar Memorandum terkait
Pengumuman Lelang atas Aset Peralatan yang dilaksanakan
melalui Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang
(KPKNL) Surabaya dengan metode penawaran tertulis tanpa
kehadiran peserta lelang melalui Lelang Internet (E-Auction)
secara terbuka (open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman,
penawaran sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 16 Juli 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 23 Juli 2024;
3. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan dilakukan dengan
merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor
79/SK/WBP/PEN/2024 tanggal 17 Mei 2024 tentang
Penghapusan dan Penjualan Aset Tetap PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, sebagai salah satu upaya implementasi
Perjanjian Perdamaian;
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan Perseroan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 2 paket
lelang, yaitu:
1. Paket 1:
- Sand Washing (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (6 unit);
- Wheel Loader (2 unit).
2. Paket 2:
- Genset (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (6 unit).
total seluruhnya berjumlah 16 (enam belas) Aset
Peralatan.
5. Total nilai buku audited Desember 2023 Aset
Peralatan yang dilelang adalah Rp225.760.656,- (dua ratus
dua puluh lima juta tujuh ratus enam puluh ribu enam ratus
lima puluh enam Rupiah), dengan nilai limit lelang keseluruhan
berdasarkan nilai pasar Laporan Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai
Publik Herly, Ariawan, dan Rekan dengan nomor laporan
00033/2.0078-00/PI/03/0076/1/VIII/2023 tanggal 03 Agustus
2023 dan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri adalah sebesar Rp2.
454.012.399,- (dua miliar empat ratus lima puluh empat juta
dua belas ribu tiga ratus sembilan puluh sembilan Rupiah)
(sudah termasuk PPN 11%) dan harga terbentuk dari proses
lelang Transaksi 2 adalah sebesar Rp3.379.012.399,- (tiga
miliar tiga ratus tujuh puluh Sembilan juta dua belas ribu tiga
ratus sembilan puluh sembilan Rupiah) (sudah termasuk PPN
11%);
6. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (asset disposal)
Peralatan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian;
7. Proses serah terima aset dilakukan secara bertahap
dimulai pada tanggal 26 Juli 2024.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Lelang Aset (asset disposal) Peralatan akan berdampak:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Memperkuat likuiditas Perseroan sehingga mendukung
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or a. Transaction 1
Facts 1. On July 12, 2024, the Company published an
announcement on the Flyer regarding the Auction
Announcement for Equipment Assets carried out through the
Purwakarta State Assets Service Office (KPKNL) using a
written bidding method without the presence of auction
participants through a closed Internet Auction (E-Auction);
2. The auction in the form of announcements, bids, and
determination of winners was carried out on July 12, 2024 to
July 19, 2024;
3. The auction for Equipment Assets was carried out with
reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors number
79/SK/WBP/PEN/2024 dated May 17, 2024 concerning the
Disposal and Sale of Fixed Assets of PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, as one of the efforts to implement the Peace
Agreement which has been ratified (homologated) by the
Panel of Judges on June 28, 2022 (Peace Agreement); 4. The
implementation of the Company's Equipment Asset auction as
referred to in number 2, consists of 4 auction packages,
namely:
1. Package 1:
- Genset (4 units);
- Truck Mixer (5 units);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit);
- Sand Washing (1 unit);
- Dump Truck (1 unit);
- Batching Plant (1 unit).
2. Package 2:
- Excavator (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (4 units);
- Genset (7 units);
- Sand Washing (3 units);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
3. Package 3:
- Excavator (1 unit);
- Genset (8 units);
- Sand Washing (2 units);
- Truck Mixer (4 units);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
4. Package 4:
- Excavator (1 unit);
- Genset (7 units);
- Sand Washing (3 units);
- Truck Mixer (4 units);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
totaling 61 (sixty one) Equipment Assets.
5. The total audited book value of December 2023
Equipment Assets auctioned is IDR3,246,842,467,- (three
billion two hundred forty six million eight hundred forty two
thousand four hundred sixty seven Rupiah), with the overall
auction limit value based on the market value of the Public
Appraisal Service Office Herly, Ariawan, and Partners with
report number 00033/2.0078-00/PI/03/0076/1/VIII/2023 dated
August 3, 2023 and the Estimated Price itself is
IDR7,318,966,250,- (seven billion three hundred eighteen
million nine hundred sixty six thousand two hundred fifty
Rupiah) (including 11% VAT), and the price formed from the
auction process of Transaction 1 is IDR8,165,000,000,- (eight
billion one hundred sixty five million Rupiah) (including 11%
VAT);
6. The use of funds from the Equipment Asset Disposal
Auction will be used in accordance with the provisions
contained in the Settlement Agreement;

starting on July 25, 2024.
b. Transaction 2
1. On July 16, 2024, the Company published an
announcement in the Memorandum Newspaper regarding the
Announcement of the Auction of Equipment Assets carried out
through the Surabaya State Assets and Auction Service Office
(KPKNL) using a written bidding method without the presence
of auction participants through an open Internet Auction (E-
Auction);
2. The auction in the form of announcements, bids to the
determination of winners will be carried out on July 16, 2024 to
July 23, 2024;
3. The auction of Equipment Assets will be carried out with
reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors Number
79/SK/WBP/PEN/2024 dated May 17, 2024 concerning the
Disposal and Sale of Fixed Assets of PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, as one of the efforts to implement the Settlement
Agreement;
4. The implementation of the Company's Equipment Asset
auction as referred to in number 2, consists of 2 auction
packages, namely:
1. Package 1:
- Sand Washing (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (6 units);
- Wheel Loader (2 units).
2. Package 2:
- Genset (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (6 units).
totaling 16 (sixteen) Equipment Assets.
5. The total audited book value of December 2023
Equipment Assets auctioned is Rp225,760,656,- (two hundred
twenty five million seven hundred sixty thousand six hundred
fifty six Rupiah), with the overall auction limit value based on
the market value of the Public Appraisal Service Office Herly,
Ariawan, and Partners with report number 00033/2.0078-
00/PI/03/0076/1/VIII/2023 dated August 3, 2023 and the
Estimated Price itself is Rp2,454,012,399,- (two billion four
hundred fifty four million twelve thousand three hundred ninety
nine Rupiah) (including 11% VAT) and the price formed from
the auction process of Transaction 2 is Rp3,379,012,399,-
(three billion three hundred seventy nine million twelve
thousand three hundred ninety nine Rupiah) (including 11%
VAT);
6. Use of funds from the Asset Auction (asset disposal)
Equipment will be used in accordance with the provisions
contained in the Peace Agreement;
7. The asset handover process will be carried out in stages
starting on July 26, 2024.
Impact of event, material information or Asset Disposal of Equipment will have the following impacts:
