Hakim membacakan putusan perpanjangan PKPU yang
pada pokoknya amarnya berbunyi sebagai berikut:
1. Mengabulkan perpanjangan PKPU Tetap selama
120 hari sejak putusan dibacakan
2. Menetapkan Sidang Permusyawaratan Majelis
Hakim berikutnya diselenggarakan pada hari
Jumat, tanggal 22 November 2024 di Pengadilan
Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat

150/Pdt Sus-PKPU/2024/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst., the Panel of Judges
Officially pronounced the decision to extend the PKPU, as

articulated below:
1, Granting the extension of Permanent PKPU for 120
days since the decision was read out.
2. Determining the next Consultative Session of the Panel
of Judges to be held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at
Ihe Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District
Court
Perseroan belum menerima salinan putusan resmi terkait
dengan Perpanjangan PKPU tersebut.
The Company has not received a copy of the official decision
regarding the PKPU Extension ruling.
Perseroan akan mengikuti proses dan mekanisme PKPU
sebagaimana ditentukan dalam peraturan dan hukum
yang berlaku
The Company will adhere to the PKPU process and mechanism
as specified in the relevant regulations and laws.

Kegiatan usaha dan operasional Perseroan masih
berjalan normal hingga saat ini
