Untuk memperoleh opini kewajaran terhadap Laporan Keuangan Perseroan.
Informasi Lain
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Tanudiredja,
Wibisana, Rintis Rekan yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama Periode tahun buku 01 Januari
2023 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2023.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Rintis, Jumadi, Rianto & Rekan with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Lok Budianto To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
To obtain fairness opinion on the Company Financial Statement.
Other Information:
Previously, the Company had appointed Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis Rekan as their Public Accounting Firm for the
audit of the financial statement for the year ended 01 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
