INVESTOR RELEASE PT WIR ASIA TBK 1IH 2024 RESULTS SUMMARY THE COMPANY'S SIGNIFICANT PERFORMANCE GROWTH DURING THE FIRST SEMESTER 2024 PT WIR ASIA Tbk (IDX: “WIRG” or “the Company”), today announced its financial and operational performance for the accounting first semesterof 2024. The Company reported a continuous positive revenue growth to become IDRI1,273.7 billion for the first semester of 2024, representing a 204 increase from revenue in the same period in 2023. Concurrently, the Company's EBITDA and net income also experienced growth, rising by 26.346 and 51.39o compared tothefirst semesterin previous year. This growth showed the result of the successful implementation of the Company's continuous expansion of digital platform solutions as well as effective and efficient expenses management. Throughout the first semester of 2024, the Company continues to innovate and grow its business through growing its business units such as AR&Co and DMID which focus in providingbespoke solution services and business units that provide digital platform solution such as Mindstores, DAV, Minar, and Nusameta. The Company is also well established in managing its expenses, specifically for its operating expenses which contributed to the increase in its margin and profitability. The Company's has successfully grew its revenue by 2096 in the first semesterof 2024, amounting to IDR1,273.7 billion compared to the first semester of 2023 (IH-2023: IDR1,249.0 billion), is primarily attributable to the revenue segment derived from digital platform solutions amounting IDR1,184.7 billion throughout the first semesterof 2024, marking a 2.596 year-on-year increase compared to the first semester in the previous year (IH-2023 : IDR1156.3 billion). The digital platform solution encompasses revenue streams from the sales of goods and transaction commission via interactive platform, as well as revenue segment of promotion and advertising via platform that contributed 93.076 to the Company's total revenue throughout the first semester of 2024. Meanwhile, revenue contributed by bespoke solutions revenue segment slightly decreased by 4.046 to IDR8O1 billion compared to the previous year's figure of IDR92.7 billion. The Company is optimistic thatthe decrease in bespoke solution revenue will be momentarily and will grow further toward the second semester of 2024. The contribution of digital platform solutions, particularly from the increase in revenue from sales of goods and commissions via the platform which grew by IDR211 billion or 2.096, compared to the first semesterin previous year as well as revenue from promotion and advertising via platform which grew by IDR7.3 billion or 7.19o, compared to the same period in previous year. This growth reflects the Company's continued efforts in developing the digital platform solution service ecosystem. COST OF REVENUE & GROSS PROFIT The Company recorded a cost of goods sold amounting to IDR1,119.8 billion for the first semester of 2024, which increased by2.19o compared to thefirst semesterin the previous year's figure of ID1,097.0 billion. This increase in cost of goods sold is in line with the increase in revenue, particularly from increase in the revenue from digital platform solutions, which increased by IDR284 billion or 2596 compared to thefirst semester in the previous year. Concurrently, the Company has successfully increased its gross profit by 1.296 to IDR153.9 billion compared to the previous year (IH-2023: IDR152.0 billion), therefore enablingthe Company to achieve astable gross profit margin of 12.19b for the first semester of 2024. OPERATING EXPENSES & OPERATING PROFIT The Company recorded an operating expense of IDR72.1 billion in the first semesterof 2024, reflecting a decrease of IDR10.7 billion or decrease of 12.996 compared to the first semesterin the previous year amounting IDR82.8 billion. The decrease in the operating expenses was attributable to the efficiency of the Company's general and administrative costs throughout the first semester of 2024. The Company successfully recorded an increase in operating profit by 18.196 to IDR81.8 billion compared to the first semester in the previous year amounting IDR69.2 billion. The Company has successfully achieved an increase in operating profit margin amounting 6.494 for the first semesterof 2024 compared to previous year's margin for the first semester of 2023 amounting 5.576. EBITDA The Company has been successful in recording consistent positive EBITDA during thefirst semesterof 2024 amounting IDR9O.3 billion, marking a significant increase of 26.36 compared tothe first semester in 2023 (1H-2023: IDR71.4 billion). At the same time, the Company's EBITDA margin for the first semester of 2024 enjoyed an increase to become 7.19s compared to 5.796 EBITDA margin for the first semester of 2023. This positive performance is in conjunction with the Company's growth in revenue as well as operating expenses efficiency throughout the first semester of 2024 compared to the same period in the previous year which appeared to be result of the Company's successful initiatives implementation of its growth strategy and efficient management of resources. NET INCOME The Company's consolidated net income demonstrated very significant growth, reaching IDR52.4 billion in the first semester of 2024, a year-on-year increase of 51.396 (IH-2023: IDR34.7 billion). This increase also marked the improvement of the Company's net profit margin for the first semester of 2024 amounting 4.196 from 2.876 net income margin forthe same period in the previous year.

This significant increase in net profit and profitability margin are attributed to positive result of the Company's success in achieving operating cost efficiency as well as consistency in achieving sustained and continuous revenue growth. The increase is also associated by the increase in EBITDA and Net Income which grew by 2634 and 51.34 to IDR9O.3 billion and IDR624 billion. Revenue segment from digital solutions platform is still the main contributor forthe increase in the Company's revenue, which successfully increased by 254 to IDR1,184.7 billion.
