dan Venteny G.K (Jepang) tidak diaudit oleh auditor
independen sehingga tidak dapat memperoleh bukti audit yang
cukup dan tepat mengenai informasi keuangan kedua entitas
anak yang digabungkan dalam ke dalam laporan keuangan
konsolidasian.
