akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 18 Agustus 2024;
2. Perseroan akan menyediakan dana pembayaran
pokok Obligasi II Wahana Inti Selaras Seri A sebesar Rp
997.575.000.000,- (Sembilan Ratus Sembilan Puluh Tujuh
Miliar Lima Ratus Tujuh Puluh Lima Juta Rupiah) dari Kas dan
hasil koleksi serta pengumpulan Piutang Perusahaan yang
mana posisi Kas Perusahaan pada Juni 2024 adalah
mencapai lebih dari Rp 605 Miliar dan posisi Piutang
Perusahaan mencapai lebih dari Rp 3,4 Triliun.
