Dengan hormat, Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dimana pasal IIl.1.1.4 yang menyebutkan bahwa perusahaan tercatat wajib memberikan penjelasan kepada Bursa apabila terdapat perubahan lebih dari 2096 (dua puluh persen) atas total aset dan/atau total liabilitas pada laporan keuangan interim atau laporan keuangan auditan tahunan periode tahun buku berjalan dibandingkan dengan laporan keuangan auditan tahunan terakhir. Berdasarkan peraturan tersebut, kami sampaikan angka perubahan pada total aset dan total liabilitas Perseroan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2024 dibandingkan dengan 31 Desember 2023 serta penjelasan atas kenaikan atau penurunannya yang lebih dari 2096 sebagai berikut: With due respect, In compliance with provision of the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BE//09-2022 dated September 30, 2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-£ concerning Obligations for Submitting Information, where article 11.1.1.4 which states that a listed company is reguired to provide an explanation to the Indonesia Stock Exchange if there is a change of more than 205 (twenty percent) of total assets and/or total liabilities in the interim financial statements or annual audited financial statements for the current financial year period compared to the most recent annual audited financial statements. IFI Total Liabilitas pada tanggal 30 Juni 2024 mengalami penurunan bersih sebesar Rp137.149 juta atau 20,369 dibandingkan dengan total liabilitas pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 terutama dikarenakan: 1. Pelunasan utang bank jangka pendek sebesar Rp138.960 juta: 2. Penurunan utang pajak sebesar Rp3.016 juta, 3. Penurunan biaya yang masih harus dibayar sebesar Rp13.643 juta: dan 4. Pelunasan utang jangka panjang - setelah dikurangi bagian yang jatuh tempo dalam waktu satu tahun sebesar Rp46.160 juta. Bapak/Ibu Demikian disampaikan, atas perhatian diucapkan terima kasih.
