Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Rilis Kinerja Semester I, BLES Bawa Kabar Sukacita
PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) mencapai kenaikan
laba kotor sebesar 11,67% pada semester I tahun 2024,
dengan margin laba kotor sebesar 32,72%. Kenaikan margin
laba kotor ini mengindikasikan BLES berhasil meningkatkan
efisiensi produksinya jika dibandingkan dengan semester I
tahun 2023 yang mencatat margin laba kotor sebesar 29,51%.
Pada semester I tahun ini BLES membukukan laba kotor
sebesar Rp 190 milyar dari nilai penjualan sebesar Rp 580
milyar. Periode yang sama di tahun lalu mencatat laba kotor
sebesar Rp 170 milyar dari nilai penjualan sebesar Rp 576
milyar.
Kinerja bottom line di semester I ini juga menunjukkan
pertumbuhan dimana laba bersih dan EBITDA Perseroan
masing-masing mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 3,46% dan
2,01% jika dibandingkan periode yang sama di tahun 2023.
Total nilai aset BLES di semester I tahun 2024 pun bertambah
sebesar 3,91% jika dibandingkan dengan periode Desember
tahun 2023.
Penambahan kapasitas di pabrik 1 Mojokerto dan pabrik 2
Lamongan sendiri belum berdampak pada kinerja Perseroan
di paruh pertama tahun ini. Manajemen menjelaskan output
kedua pabrik ini justru tidak efektif selama semester I sebagai
konsekuensi yang harus diterima dari pengerjaan upgrading
capacity ini. Jika berandai-andai, bila penambahan kapasitas
ini tidak dijalankan tentunya kinerja semester I akan lebih baik
lagi, namun penambahan kapasitas ini dijalankan sebagai
bagian dari rencana jangka panjang Perseroan. Penambahan
kapasitas di kedua pabrik ini sendiri baru dapat dinikmati di
semester II ini.
Kapasitas terpasang BLES di tahun 2023 adalah 3,2 juta m3
per tahun dan kini kapasitas terpasang BLES adalah 4,6 juta
m3 per tahun. Dengan adanya penambahan kapasitas
terpasang ini, Perseroan menargetkan pertumbuhan penjualan
sebesar 28% di tahun 2024. Manajemen juga menambahkan,
kerja keras yang tercermin di kinerja Perseroan sejauh ini telah
sesuai dengan ekspetasi dan tentunya mempermudah jalan
bagi Perseroan untuk mencapai target yang telah
dicanangkan. Manajemen optimis, kinerja Perseroan di
semester II akan makin moncer.
Tidak berhenti dengan penambahan kapasitas di tahun ini,
BLES juga telah memulai proyek pabrik 5 di Banjarnegara.
Pabrik yang direncanakan beroperasi di pertengahan tahun
2025 memiliki kapasitas terpasang sebesar 1 juta m3 per
tahun, sehingga total kapasitas terpasang BLES menjadi 5,6
juta m3 per tahun.

Description of Material Information or Releasing First Semester Performance, BLES Brings Good
Facts News
PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) achieved an increase
in gross profit of 11.67% in the first semester of 2024, with a
gross profit margin of 32.72%. This increase in gross profit
margin indicates that BLES has succeeded in increasing its
production efficiency when compared to the first semester of
2023 which recorded a gross profit margin of 29.51%. In the
first semester of this year, BLES posted a gross profit of IDR
190 billion from sales value of IDR 580 billion. The same
period last year recorded a gross profit of IDR 170 billion from
sales value of IDR 576 billion.
The bottom line performance in the first semester also showed
growth where the Company's net profit and EBITDA each
experienced growth of 3.46% and 2.01% when compared to
the same period in 2023. The total value of BLES assets in the
first semester of 2024 was also increased by 3.91% when
compared to the December 2023 period.
The additional capacity at factory 1 Mojokerto and factory 2
Lamongan itself has not had an impact on the Company's
performance in the first half of this year. Management
explained that the output of these two factories was actually
ineffective during the first semester as a consequence that had
to be accepted from this capacity upgrading work. If you think
about it, if this capacity addition was not carried out, of course
the performance in the first semester would be even better, but
this capacity addition was carried out as part of the Company's
long-term plan. The additional capacity at these two factories
can only be enjoyed in the second semester.
The installed capacity of BLES in 2023 will be 3.2 million m3
per year and now the installed capacity of BLES is 4.6 million
m3 per year. With this additional installed capacity, the
Company is targeting sales growth of 28% in 2024.
Management also added that the hard work reflected in the
Company's performance so far has been in line with
expectations and has certainly made the path easier for the
Company to achieve the targets that have been set.
Management is optimistic that the Company's performance in
the second semester will be even more impressive.
Not stopping with increasing capacity this year, BLES has also
started the fifth factory project in Banjarnegara. The factory,
which is planned to operate in mid-2025, has an installed
capacity of 1 million m3 per year, bringing the total installed
capacity of BLES to 5.6 million m3 per year.
