Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 26 Juli 2024 - Dalam upaya mendukung transformasi
industri logistik, langkah inovatif dilakukan Volta, anak
perusahaan PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH
Group, bekerjasama strategis dengan Garuda Food melalui
anak perusahaannya dan distributor produk FMCG, PT
Sinarniaga Sejahtera (SNS). Kerjasama ini menandai
peluncuran inisiatif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan
efisiensi operasional tim sales Garuda Food melalui
pengadopsian motor listrik Volta sebagai alat transportasi
utama dalam kegiatan canvassing produk.
Melalui kolaborasi ini, SNS akan memanfaatkan sepeda motor
listrik Volta untuk mendukung dan memodernisasi proses
distribusi produk mereka. Kemitraan ini bertujuan untuk
mendistribusikan hingga 500 sepeda motor listrik pada akhir
tahun 2024. Inovasi ini diharapkan tidak hanya secara
signifikan mengurangi biaya operasional tetapi juga
meningkatkan keselamatan dan kenyamanan bagi tim
penjualan. Selain manfaat praktis yang jelas, kemitraan ini
juga merupakan kontribusi penting terhadap upaya nasional
untuk mengurangi emisi karbon dan mempromosikan
keberlanjutan lingkungan, selaras dengan komitmen bersama
untuk menghadapi tantangan perubahan iklim. Selain itu,
program kepemilikan motor listrik ini juga bekerja sama
dengan BNI untuk mempermudah akses individu memiliki
kendaraan yang ramah lingkungan. Hal ini akan memperluas
dampak positif ke lebih banyak lapisan masyarakat.

akan digunakan oleh salesman SNS di wilayah Jabodetabek.
Adapun motor listrik memiliki spesifikasi dan fitur yang dapat
mendukung kinerja salesman.
Tahap pertama penggunaan motor listrik ini akan kami
fokuskan di area Jabodetabek untuk digunakan oleh salesman
kami. Melalui peluncuran motor listrik ini, harapannya dapat
memotivasi salesman kami untuk lebih produktif dan efisien
dalam melakukan kegiatan operasional yang semakin praktis
sekaligus turut berkontribusi positif terhadap lingkungan,

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, July 26, 2024 - In a move to support the
Facts transformation of the logistics industry, Volta, a subsidiary of
PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH Group, has
strategically partnered with Garuda Food through its subsidiary
and FMCG product distributor, PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera (SNS).
This collaboration marks the launch of an initiative set up to
enhance the operational efficiency of Garuda Foods sales
team by adopting Volta electric motorcycles as the primary
transportation method for product canvassing activities.
Through this collaboration, SNS will utilize Voltas electric
motorcycles to support and modernize their product distribution
processes. The partnership aims to distribute up to 500 electric
motorcycles by the end of 2024. This innovation is expected
not only to significantly reduce operational costs but also to
improve safety and comfort for the sales team. Beyond the
obvious practical benefits, this partnership also represents a
significant contribution to national efforts to reduce carbon
emissions and promote environmental sustainability, aligning
with a shared commitment to addressing climate change
challenges. In addition, this electric motorcycle ownership
program also collaborates with BNI to facilitate access for
individuals to own environmentally friendly vehicles. This will
expand the positive impact to more layers of society.

At the same event, Ruli Tobing, President Director of PT SNS,
explained that the initial phase of electric motorcycle usage will
be implemented by SNS salespeople in the Jabodetabek area.
The electric motorcycles will feature specifications and
features designed to support the sales teams performance.
The first phase of this electric motorcycle deployment will focus
on the Jabodetabek area for our sales team. Through this
launch, we hope to motivate our salespeople to be more
productive and efficient in their operations while also
contributing positively to the environment, concluded Ruli
Tobing.
