Hamim Ilyas, M.Ag yang telah diangkat melalui RUPS Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 17 April 2026 telah meninggal dunia. On 23 May 2026, the candidate of Members Sharia Supervisory Board, Mr. Dr. H. Hamim Ilyas, M.Ag, which has been appointed in the Company's Annual GMS on 17 April 2026 has passed away. Proses pengangkatan dan pengajuan Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan beliau sebagai calon Anggota Dewan Pengawas Syariah Perseroan tidak dapat dilanjutkan. The appointment and the submission of his Fit and Proper Test process as a candidate for the Company's Sharia Supervisory Board's member cannot be proceed. Thank you for your kind attention.
