Sepanjang pengetahuan, data dan informasi yang dimiliki Perseroan, hingga per tanggal surat
ini tidak ada aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Jawaban

Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi (setidaknya dalam waktu 3 bulan mendatang), yang berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

All information or material facts pursuant to POJK 31/2015 have been disclosed by the
Company through the IDX website and the Company's website, including the announcement
of dividend payment as one of the Annual General Meeting Resolution. As of the date of this
letter, there are no additional material facts or information under POJK 31/2015 that need to
be disclosed to the public by the company.

As of the date of this letter, and based on the information we have, there are no information
or material facts that could affect the value of the company's securities or the investment
decisions of investors as regulated in points III.2.1 and IV.2.1 of IDX Regulation Number I-E.

Based on the Company knowledge so far, there are no activities from any certain shareholders
as regulated under the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 on
the Reporting of Ownership or Any Changes in the Ownership of Shares of Public Companies.

Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that will affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Exchange
(at least within the next 3 months)?

Answer

As of the date of this letter, the Company does not have any plans to do any corporate actions
(at least within the next 3 months) that would affect the listing of the Company's shares on
the Stock Exchange.

What are the plans of the major shareholders regarding their share ownership in the
Company? In this regard, please have the Corporate Secretary first inguire with the major
shareholders before responding to this confirmation.
