Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk dan Bumame bekerja sama
untuk meluncurkan produk baru berupa hepatitis viral load
testing. Produk tersebut diyakini sebagai produk pelopor
buatan pertama anak bangsa Indonesia dengan harga 70%
lebih kompetitif dinbandingkan dengan produk-produk yang
ada saat ini di laboratorium-laboratorium Indonesia. Produk
hepatitis viral load testing ini akan diperkenalkan perdana
pada Hari Hepatitis Dunia pada tanggal 28 Juli 2024.
Dengan diluncurkannya produk tersebut, PT UBC Medical
Indonesia Tbk dan Bumame berkomitmen untuk terus
mendukung peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia dan
memperkuat ketahanan nasional.
Hepatis B adalah penyakit dengan prevalensi tinggi di
Indonesia, hampir 7% orang Indonesia adalah
penyebar/pembawa penyakit hepatitis B. Perlu diketahui,
semua alat pemeriksaan untuk penyakit hepatitis B yang
tersedia di Indonesia saat ini diproduksi di luar negeri,
sehingga harganya kurang kompetitif dan membuat
pemeriksaan hepatitis B sangat mahal.
Diharapkan dengan adanya produksi alat pemeriksaan
penyakit hepatitis B buatan anak bangsa yang digagas PT
UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk dan Bumame, dapat menurunkan
harga setiap pemeriksaan penyakit ini dari sekitar Rp1,7 juta
menjadi sekitar Rp600 ribu. Penurunan harga pemeriksaan
tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu para penderita hepatitis
B yang membutuhkan pemeriksaan berkala setiap 3 bulan
sesuai panduan WHO.

Description of Material Information or PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk and Bumame are working
Facts together to launch a new product in the form of hepatitis viral
load testing. This product is believed to be the first pioneer
product made by Indonesian children with a price that is 70%
more competitive compared to products currently available in
Indonesian laboratories. This hepatitis viral load testing
product will be first introduced on World Hepatitis Day on July
28 2024.
With the launch of this product, PT UBC Medical Indonesia
Tbk and Bumame are committed to continuing to support
improving the health of Indonesian people and strengthening
national resilience.
Hepatis B is a disease with a high prevalence in Indonesia,
almost 7% of Indonesians are spreaders/carriers of hepatitis B.
Please note, all examination tools for hepatitis B available in
Indonesia are currently produced abroad, so the price is less
competitive and makes Hepatitis B testing is very expensive.
It is hoped that the production of hepatitis B examination tools
made by the nation's children, initiated by PT UBC Medical
Indonesia Tbk and Bumame, can reduce the price of each
examination for this disease from around IDR 1.7 million to
around IDR 600 thousand. It is hoped that the reduction in
examination prices will help hepatitis B sufferers who need
regular examinations every 3 months according to WHO
guidelines.
