Jakarta, July 25th, 2024 - PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group) has successfully
obtained the Green Building EDGE certificate (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies)
Advanced from the Green Building Council Indonesia for the Admin Building OPE at the Ciwandan

environmentally friendly principles. EDGE Advanced has acknowledged that the OPE Building
Admin Building has surpassed basic standards in design efficiency and green building operations,
ensuring more efficient use of electricity, water, and materials.
The EDGE Certificate is an internationally standardized green building certification system
developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
The assessment criteria for the Green Building EDGE certification encompass three aspects:
energy efficiency, water efficiency, and embodied carbon in materials. These criteria focus on
sustainable practices consistently reflected in optimal daily operations of buildings, utilizing
renewable energy and selecting materials with minimal environmental impact.
