Public Companies by MUFG Bank, Ltd. as the new controller of
the Company.

penawaran tender wajib sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 9/POJK.04/2018 tentang
Pengambilalihan Perusahaan Terbuka ("Keterbukaan
Informasi").
Referring to Bisnis Indonesia 22 July 2024 edition, the Company
has received an information that MUFG Bank, Ltd. ("MUFG") has
carried out an announcement on the disclosure of information to
the shareholders of the Company with regards to the mandatory
