sebagaimana telah ditetapkan melalui Surat Keputusan
Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tanggal
18 Juli 2024 Nomor KEP-313/PL.02/2024 tentang Hasil
Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Sdr. Murwanto selaku
Calon Komisaris PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta a) Dengan telah disetujuinya Bapak Murwanto sebagai
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Komisaris Perseroan, maka Perseroan wajib melakukan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, penyesuaian dokumen Perseroan yang diperlukan terkait
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau persetujuan Bapak Murwanto; dan
Perusahaan Publik b) Bapak Murwanto telah sah dan dapat bertindak untuk
dan atas nama Perseroan baik di dalam maupun di luar
pengadilan sebagaimana diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan.

Bahwa Surat Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tanggal 18 Juli 2024 Nomor KEP-
313/PL.02/2024 tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Sdr. Murwanto selaku Calon Komisaris PT Clipan

Description of Material Information or Thus Commissioner of the Company, namely Mr. Murwanto
Facts has met the requirements and was approved to become a
Commissioner as set forth in the Decision of the Members of
the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services
Authority No. KEP-313/PL.02/2024 dated July 18th, 2024 on
the Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Murwanto as
Candidate for Commissioner of PT Clipan Finance Indonesia
Tbk.
Impact of event, material information or a) With the approval of Mr. Murwanto as the
facts towards Issuers or Public Commissioner of the Company, the Company shall make the
Company’s operational activities, legal, necessary adjustments to the Company's documents related to
financial condition, or going concern the approval of Mr Murwanto; and
b) Mr. Murwanto is authorised and able to act for and on
behalf of the Company both inside and outside the court as
stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association.
Other Information
That the Decree of the Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority dated July 18,
2024 Number KEP-313/PL.02/2024 concerning the Results of the Fit and Proper Assessment of Br. Murwanto as a
Candidate for Commissioner of PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk was received by the Company on July 22, 2024.
