Publik (“POJK 33/2014”), dengan ini kami
memberitahukan bahwa PT Teknologi Karya
Digital Nusa Tbk (“Perseroan”) telah menerima
Surat Pengunduran Diri dari:

Direktur Perseroan melalui suratnya
tertanggal 19 Juli 2024,
e Bapak Mochammad Yana Aditya selaku
Komisaris Perseroan melalui suratnya
tertanggal 19 Juli 2024.
Selanjutnya untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 8
ayat (3) POJK 33/2014, keputusan atas
pengunduran diri dari masing-masing Direktur
dan Komisaris Perseroan sebagaimana
dimaksud di atas, akan Perseroan laksanakan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar
Biasa (“RUPS LB”) terdekat dengan mengangkat
anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
Perseroan yang baru dalam RUPS LB.

Number: 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the
Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners
of Issuers or Public Companies ("POJK
33/2014”), we hereby inform you that PT
Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk ("Company")
has received a Letter of Resignation from:
e# Mr. Rudy Budiman Setiawan as Director of
the Company through his letter dated July
19, 2024,
e Mr. Mochammad Yana Aditya as
Commissioner of the Company through his
letter dated July 19, 2024.
Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of
Article 8 paragraph (3) POJK 33/2014, the
decision regarding the resignation of each
Director and Commissioner of the Company as
referred to above, will be carried out by the
Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting
of Shareholders ("EGMS") closest to appoint new
members of the Company's Board of Directors
and Board of Commissioners at the EGMS.
