   PT Elnusa Tbk Holds Kick Off Elnusa Leader Development
                        Program 2024
Jakarta, 19 July 2024 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) officially started the Elnusa Leader Development Program (ELDP)
2024. The opening event took place in the Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa (19/07) attended by 60 selected
managerial level Elnusa officers. Elnusa collaborates with the Jayakarta Regional Military Command Main
Regiment or Rindam Jayakarta to conduct training to strengthen leadership values.

This program is a follow-up program to the inaugural Elnusa Leader Development Program (ELDP) kick off which
was held on February 3 2023. Also present on this occasion were Elnusa's Main Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja,
Elnusa's Finance Director Stanley Iriawan, HR & General Director Hera Handayani, along with management of
Elnusa & Subsidiaries.

Elnusa Main Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, opened the event by expressing his appreciation to all attendees
who had supported this program, especially the Rindam Jaya Commander, management and Elnusa officers.

In his speech, Bachtiar emphasized the importance of ELDP 2024 as an effort to ensure that leaders at Elnusa
have the ability to manage, motivate and direct teams effectively, in line with the company's vision and mission
in facing the ever-changing dynamics of the energy industry.

"This program is not only about technical training, but also about developing crucial abilities for a leader, such
as communication, empathy and making the right decisions in complex situations," said Bachtiar. He also
emphasized his hope that each participant can hone skills that will have a big impact on the team and improve
performance and work effectiveness at Elnusa.

This event marks Elnusa's commitment to developing human resources, especially in forming future leaders who
are able to answer the challenges of the energy industry. ELDP 2024 is expected to run smoothly and
successfully, and bring great benefits to all officers and companies.
