Pada jumlah minimum yang kami capai di tahun 2023,
kami berharap dapat mencapai hasil yang lebih baik.
Namun, dengan situasi saat ini, kami berharap
setidaknya dapat mencapai angka yang sama dengan
tahun 2023 untuk tahun 2024.

Answer:

Atthe minimum amount as we achieved in year 2023,
we hope we can achieve better, however with the
current situations, we do hope at least we can achieve
our year 2023 numbers for year 2024.

Dengan kembali meraih laba bagaimana kebijakan
dividen CTBN?

With the return to profitability, what is CTBN's dividend
policy?

Jawab:

e Meskipun berhasil meraih laba pada tahun
2023, Perusahaan tidak akan membagikan
dividen untuk tahun keuangan 2023. Keputusan
ini didasarkan pada fakta bahwa laba yang
diperoleh pada tahun 2023 tidak menutupi
kerugian yang terjadi selama tiga tahun terakhir.
Akibatnya, Perusahaan tidak dapat
membagikan dividen kepada pemegang saham
untuk periode ini.

e Ke depan, kebijakan dividen Perusahaan akan
disesuaikan dengan kinerja keuangan dan
pemulihan dari kerugian di masa lalu. Setelah
posisi keuangan Perusahaan stabil dan
kerugian sebelumnya tertutup — dengan
memadai, Dewan Direksi akan
mempertimbangkan untuk melanjutkan
distribusi dividen kepada pemegang saham.
Perusahaan tetap berkomitmen untuk menjaga
pendekatan yang seimbang yang mendukung
pertumbuhan serta pengembalian kepada
pemegang saham.

# CTBN diperkirakan akan tetap menguntungkan
pada FY2024 dan jika ini terjadi serta aliran kas
positif, maka kita dapat mengharapkan dividen
yang modest pada FY2025. Jumlah dividen akan
bergantung pada jumlah aliran kas yang
dihasilkan.

Answer:

e Despite achieving a profit in 2023, the
Company will not distribute dividends for the
financial year 2023. This decision is based on
the fact that the profits obtained in 2023 do
not cover the losses incurred over the past
three years. As a result, the Company is
unable to distribute dividends to shareholders
for this period.

# Going forward, the Company's dividend policy
will be aligned with its financial performance
and recovery from past losses. Once the
Company's financial position stabilizes and
previous losses are adeguately covered, the
Board of Directors will consider resuming
dividend distributions to shareholders. The
Company remains committed to maintaining
a balanced approach that supports both
growth and shareholder returns.

#  CTBN is expected to continue to be profitable
in FY2024 and if this is such and cashflow
positive, then we should look forward to a
modest dividend on FY2025. The amount of
dividend will depend on the amount of
cashflow generated.

e Perusahaan telah beroperasi di sektor energi
terbarukan selama lebih dari 20 tahun.
# Kami saat ini fokus pada tiga sektor utama:

1) Geotermal - pasar historis bagi Perusahaan.
Kami telah mengembangkan produk khusus
yang memenuhi kebutuhan operator
Indonesia dan memantau dengan cermat
semua proyek besar (PLN, PGE, dll).

2) Carbon Capture and Storage - Perusahaan
telah mengembangkan portofolio produk dan
layanan yang komprehensif untuk
mendukung permintaan yang berkembang di
bidang ini. Kami secara aktif berinteraksi
dengan pelanggan Indonesia untuk
mempromosikan penawaran kami
(Pertamina, Medco, BP, Inpex, dll).

3) Penyimpanan Hidrogen - Vallourec telah
mengembangkan solusi unik (DELPHY) untuk
penyimpanan ukuran menengah dengan jejak
minimal. Kami saat ini aktif mempromosikan
solusi ini.

e The Company has been working in the renewable
energy sector for more than 20 years.
e# Weare currently focusing on 3 major sectors:

1) Geothermal - historical market for the
Company. We have developed specific
products that meet the needs of Indonesian
operators. We are following carefully all the
major projects (PLN, PGE, etc.)

2) Carbon Capture and Storage — the Company
has developed a comprehensive product and
services portfolio to support this growing
demand. We are continuously engaging
Indonesian customers to promote our
products (Pertamina, Medco, BP, Inpex, etc.)

3) Hydrogen Storage -Vallourec has developed a
unigue solution (DELPHY) for medium size
storage, with minimal footprint. We are
currently actively promoting this solution.
