RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Heliantono & Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik
(Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Andiek Nugroho, SE., Ak., M.Ak., CA., CPA. untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan
keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Berdasarkan evaluasi kami atas performa sebelumnya dan informasi serta dokumen pendukung yang disampaikan oleh
KAP tersebut, kami menilai bahwa AP, KAP, dan orang dalam KAP termasuk Tim Auditnya masing-masing bertanggung
jawab penuh atas kepatuhannya terhadap independensi di setiap penugasan auditnya. Kami selalu mendapatkan
update secara berkala dari AP terkait konfirmasi independensi tim audit terhadap setiap pekerjaan lapangannya melalui
komunikasi hasil audit/review kepada kami di setiap akhir kuartal. Sejauh ini kami tidak menemukan adanya
pelanggaran terhadap standar independensi.
Kesimpulan ini juga didasarkan pada pernyataan AP/KAP mengenai independensi mereka yang telah dipenuhi sesuai
ketentuan yang berlaku.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20 June 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Heliantono & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Andiek Nugroho, SE., Ak., M.Ak., CA., CPA. To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on our evaluation of previous performance and information and supporting documents submitted by the KAP, we
assess that the AP, KAP, and people within the KAP including their respective Audit Teams are fully responsible for their
compliance with independence in each audit assignment. We always receive regular updates from AP regarding
confirmation of the audit team's independence for each field work by communicating audit/review results to us at the end
of each quarter. So far we have not found any violations of independence standards.
This conclusion is also based on the AP/KAP statement regarding their independence which has been fulfilled in
accordance with applicable regulations.
