Perseroan memberitahukan bahwa Bapak Kurnia Irwansyah Rais selaku Komisaris Independen, yang juga
menjabat sebagai Ketua Komite Audit dan Ketua Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi Perseroan, telah meninggal
dunia pada tanggal 18 Juli 2024. Perseroan menyatakan turut berdukacita yang sedalam-dalamnya, semoga
almarhum mendapat tempat terbaik di sisi-Nya dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan memperoleh kesabaran dan
kekuatan serta senantiasa berada dalam bimbingan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
Agenda terkait dengan susunan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan yang terbaru akan disampaikan pada pelaksanaan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Perseroan terdekat.

In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number: 31/POJK.04/2015
of 2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Company
hereby informs that Mr. Kurnia Irwansyah Rais as an Independent Commissioner, who also served as Chairman
of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has passed
away on July 18, 2024. The Company expresses its deepest condolences, may the deceased get the best place
by His side and the bereaved family gain patience and strength and always be under the guidance of God
Almighty.
The agenda related to the latest composition of the Company's Board of Commissioners will be submitted at the
Company's nearest General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
