Anak usaha PKPK (PT Tri Oetama Persada) kantongi
Persetujuan RKAB Batubara 3 Juta Metrik Ton untuk Tahun 2026
Jakarta, 25 Mei 2026 – PT Paragon Karya Perkasa Tbk (“PKPK”), melalui anak usahanya
PT Tri Oetama Persada (“TRIOP”), dengan bangga mengumumkan bahwa Perseroan telah
memperoleh persetujuan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya (“RKAB”) dari Kementerian Energi dan
Sumber Daya Mineral dengan kuota produksi sebesar 3.000.000 (tiga juta) MT untuk tahun 2026.
Pada Triwulan I Tahun 2026 ini penjualan batubara Perseroan telah mencapai 264.516 (dua ratus enam
puluh empat ribu lima ratus enam belas) metrik ton dengan penghasilan sebesar Rp196.533.114 ribu
(seratus sembilan puluh enam miliar lima ratus tiga puluh tiga juta seratus empat belas ribu Rupiah)
dan menghasilkan laba bersih sebesar Rp26.056.757 ribu (dua puluh enam miliar lima puluh enam juta
tujuh ratus lima puluh tujuh ribu Rupiah) maka dengan RKAB sebesar 3.000.000MT diharapkan akan
menghasilkan peningkatan laba yang cukup signifikan.
Direktur Utama PKPK, Haryanto Sofian, menyampaikan:
“Persetujuan RKAB ini memberikan kepastian bagi Perseroan dalam menjalankan rencana operasional
dan target produksi yang telah ditetapkan. Perseroan optimistis dapat memperkuat kontribusi
pendapatan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta menciptakan nilai tambah jangka panjang bagi
para pemegang saham dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan.”

PKPK Subsidiary (PT Tri Oetama Persada) Obtains Approval for
3 Million Metric Tons Coal RKAB for 2026
Jakarta, May 25, 2026 – PT Paragon Karya Perkasa Tbk (“PKPK”), through its subsidiary PT Tri
Oetama Persada (“TRIOP”), proudly announces that the Company has obtained approval for its Work
Plan and Budget (“RKAB”) from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources with a production quota
of 3,000,000 (three million) metric tons for 2026.
In the first quarter of 2026, the Company’s coal sales reached 264,516 (two hundred sixty-four thousand
five hundred sixteen) metric tons, generating revenue of Rp196,533,114 thousand (one hundred ninety-
six billion five hundred thirty-three million one hundred fourteen thousand Rupiah) and net profit of
Rp26,056,757 thousand (twenty-six billion fifty-six million seven hundred fifty-seven thousand Rupiah).
With the approved RKAB of 3,000,000 MT, the Company expects to achieve a significant increase in
profit.
PKPK President Director, Haryanto Sofian, stated:
“This RKAB approval provides certainty for the Company in executing its operational plans and
production targets. The Company remains optimistic that it will strengthen revenue contribution,
improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value for shareholders and all stakeholders.”
