  PUBLIC DISCLOSURE REGARDING RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF
    THE BOARD OF DIRECTOR AND BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
                  PT AIRASIA INDONESIA Tbk.
                        (the “Company”)


Reference is made to:

  1. The Financial Service Authority Regulation No 33/POJK.04/2014 on the
     Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public
     Company (“FSA Regulation 33/2014”);

  2. The Financial Service Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on
     Disclosure on the Material Fact by Issuers or Public Company (“FSA
     Regulation 31/2015”);

  3. Regulation of I-E Attachment of The Board of Director of PT Bursa Efek
     Indonesia Decree No. Kep00066/BEI/09-2022, dated September 30,
     2022, on the Disclosure Obligation (“Regulation I-E”); and

  4. Article of Association of PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk. (“AoA”).

We hereby inform you that the Company has received a Resignation Letter from
Mr. Jurry Soeryo Wiharko from his position as a Director of the Company which
shall be effective as of July, 01st , 2024 and a Resignation Letter from Mr.
Tharumalingam Kanagalingam from his position as a President Commissioner
of the Company which shall be effective as of July, 01st, 2024.

Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of Article 9 and Article 27 FSA
Regulation 33/2014 and Article 26 paragraph 17 and Article 29 paragraph 20 of
the Company’s AoA, the decision on Mr. Jurry Soeryo Wiharko and Mr.
Tharumalingam Kanagalingam request for self-reference will be carried out at
the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

Thus, we convey this information disclosure.
