Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan mendirikan anak usaha baru yaitu Glory Shipping
Maritime Pte. Ltd., berkedudukan di Singapura, yang bergerak
di bidang pelayaran termasuk penyewaan kapal dan kapal
dengan kru (pengiriman) (50021) dan pendiriannya telah
disetujui oleh badan otoritas Singapura melalui Accounting
and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) dengan nomor
202428937R tertanggal 16 Juli 2024.
Komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan pada Glory Shipping
Maritime Pte. Ltd. adalah sebanyak 100%.
Tujuan dari pembentukan anak usaha baru tersebut diatas
adalah untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha Perseroan dalam
skala global.

Description of Material Information or The company established a new subsidiary, namely Glory
Facts Shipping Maritime Pte. Ltd., domiciled in Singapore, which
operates in the shipping sector including chartering of ships
and ships with crew (shipping) (50021) and its establishment
has been approved by the Singapore authority through the
Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) with
number 202428937R dated 16 July 2024.
The composition of the Company's share ownership in Glory
Shipping Maritime Pte. Ltd. is as much as 100%.
The purpose of establishing the new subsidiary mentioned
above is to support the Company's business activities on a
global scale.
