Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 15 Juli 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA)
Anak Usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, resmi membuka
gelaran turnamen olahraga Elnusa Olympic atau Enlympic
2024 yang dilaksanakan di lapangan Graha Elnusa. Acara ini
merupakan salah satu rangkaian peringatan HUT ke-55
Elnusa. Enlympic terbuka untuk diikuti oleh seluruh Perwira
Elnusa Group, memberikan wadah bagi perwira Elnusa untuk
berkompetisi dan merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi
Tata Nilai AKHLAK untuk Nilai Kompeten, Harmonis dan
Kolaboratif, dimana beberapa kontingen merupakan hasil
leburan dari beberapa Direktorat dan juga Anak Perusahaan
Elnusa yang akan berlaga di berbagai cabang olahraga yang
dipertandingkan.
Mengusung tema "Accelerating Excellence, Energizing The
Future", Enlympic bertujuan untuk mendorong percepatan
yang unggul melalui kolaborasi dan sinergi antar fungsi dalam
perusahaan melalui olahraga. Kegiatan ini dibuka dengan
parade defile cabang olahraga yang akan dipertandingkan
juga kontingen yang akan berlaga dalam gelaran Enlympic.
Selain itu, sebagai bentuk harmonisasi, seluruh perwira yang
hadir juga melakukan peregangan bersama yang dipandu oleh
profesional zumba Liza Natalia. Melalui pembukaan zumba
tersebut diharapkan dapat memperkuat semangat
kebersamaan dalam meningkatkan harmonisasi pekerja
melalui olahraga yang menyenangkan.
Dalam acara, Ketua Panitia HUT ke 55 Elnusa, Reizky R
Lendra saat pembukaan menyampaikan cabang olahraga
yang akan dipertandingkan dan juga kontingen yang akan
berlaga, "Tahun ini ada sembilan cabang olahraga yang akan
dipertandingkan dalam Enlympic 2024 diantaranya Mini
Soccer, Running, Badminton, Fishing, Basket, Table Tennis,
Bicycle, Golf dan Tennis Lapangan. Dari cabang olahraga
tersebut akan dipertandingkan oleh enam kontingen dari
Elnusa Group," kata Reizky.
Reizky menambahkan, "Melalui kegiatan ini, Management
Elnusa berharap dapat menumbuhkan semangat
kebersamaan dan prestasi di kalangan pekerja".
Selanjutnya, Direktur Utama Elnusa Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja
dalam sambutannya menekankan pentingnya semangat
kebersamaan dalam setiap kompetisi. "Enlympic adalah
manifestasi dari semangat kebersamaan dan kolaborasi yang
menjadi dasar dari keberhasilan kita di PT Elnusa Tbk. Melalui
kompetisi olahraga ini, kami berharap setiap pekerja yang
terlibat maupun tim supporter dapat menyalurkan energi
positif, membangun hubungan yang lebih erat, dan terus
berkontribusi dalam pencapaian visi perusahaan. Mari kita
rayakan HUT ke-55 Elnusa dengan penuh semangat dan
sportivitas," kata Bachtiar.
Selain itu, ada hal yang berbeda di kegiatan Enlympic tahun
ini, Direksi Elnusa ingin mendorong setiap Perwira Elnusa,
untuk berperan aktif dalam upaya menjaga keberlanjutan
kehidupan melalui self action: mengurangi sampah plastik
dengan membawa tumbler pribadi sepanjang rangkaian HUT
maupun agenda-agenda meeting dan kegiatan perusahaan
hingga september nanti. "Semangat ini bisa menjadi
kebiasaan positive yang berkelanjutan dan kebiasaan akan
berubah menjadi kekuatan yang pada akhirnya dapat

menggerakkan Elnusa tercinta ke arah keberlanjutan bisnis
yang lebih baik, yang dimulai dari hal kecil," tutup Bachtiar.
Dengan semangat kebersamaan dan kolaborasi, Enlympic
menjadi momentum untuk mempererat tali persaudaraan dan
meningkatkan kebugaran fisik serta mental. Semoga setiap
kompetisi dapat memberikan inspirasi dan motivasi bagi kita
semua untuk terus bergerak maju dan mencapai prestasi.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 15 July 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), which is part
of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, officially opened the
Elnusa Olympic or Enlympic 2024 sports tournament which will
be held at the Graha Elnusa field. This event is one of a series
of commemorations of Elnusa's 55th anniversary. Enlympic is
open for participation by all Elnusa Group officers, provides a
platform for Elnusa officers to compete and is a form of
implementation of the AKHLAK Values for Competent,
Harmonious and Collaborative Values, where several
contingents are the result of a combination of several
Directorates and also Elnusa Subsidiaries who will compete in
various sports.
Carrying the theme "Accelerating Excellence, Energizing The
Future", Enlympic aims to encourage superior acceleration
through collaboration and synergy between functions within
the company through sports. This activity was opened with a
parade of the sports branches that will be competed in as well
as the contingents that will compete in the Enlympic event.
Apart from that, as a form of harmonization, all the officers
present also stretched together, guided by zumba professional
Liza Natalia. Through the opening of Zumba, it is hoped that it
can strengthen the spirit of togetherness in increasing worker
harmonization through fun sports.
During the event, Chairman of the Elnusa 55th Anniversary
Committee, Reizky R Lendra at the opening conveyed the
sports that would be competed in and also the contingents that
would compete, "This year there are nine sports that will be
competed in the 2024 Enlympic, including Mini Soccer,
Running, Badminton, Fishing , Basketball, Table Tennis,
Bicycle, Golf and Court Tennis. "Six contingents from the
Elnusa Group will compete in this sport," said Reizky.
Reizky added, "Through this activity, Elnusa Management
hopes to foster a spirit of togetherness and achievement
among workers."
Furthermore, Main Director Elnusa Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja in
his speech emphasized the importance of a spirit of
togetherness in every competition. "Enlympic is a
manifestation of the spirit of togetherness and collaboration
which is the basis of our success at PT Elnusa Tbk. Through
this sports competition, we hope that every employee involved
and the support team can channel positive energy, build closer
relationships, and continue to contribute to achieving the
company's vision. "Let's celebrate Elnusa's 55th anniversary
with enthusiasm and sportsmanship," said Bachtiar.
Apart from that, there is something different about this year's
Enlympic activities, the Elnusa Board of Directors wants to
encourage every Elnusa Officer to play an active role in efforts
to maintain the sustainability of life through self action:
reducing plastic waste by bringing a personal tumbler
throughout the anniversary series as well as meeting and
activity agendas company until September. "This spirit can
become a positive, sustainable habit and the habit will turn into
a strength that can ultimately move our beloved Elnusa
towards better business sustainability, starting from small
things," concluded Bachtiar.
With a spirit of togetherness and collaboration, Enlympic is a

momentum to strengthen brotherhood ties and improve
physical and mental fitness. We hope that each competition
