Mandala Multifinance Tahap III Tahun 2023 Seri B dengan
jumlah dana Sukuk Mudharabah sebesar Rp200.000.000.000
yang diterbitkan Perusahaan akan jatuh tempo. Namun
demikian Perusahaan telah menyediakan dana untuk
pembayaran sejumlah dana Sukuk Mudharabah tersebut
beserta dengan pendapatan yang dibagihasilkan yang
diperkirakan sebesar Rp4.250.000.000 kepada pemegang
Sukuk Mudharabah yang akan jatuh tempo tersebut dengan
menggunakan kas internal Perusahaan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembayaran Dana Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Mandala Multifinance Tahap III Tahun 2023 Seri B tersebut
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap Perusahaan, karena
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan telah menyediakan dana untuk kebutuhan
Perusahaan Publik tersebut di atas didalam rekening Perusahaan.

Description of Material Information or On June 22, 2026, the Mandala Multifinance Continuous
Facts Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase III Year 2023 Series B with a
Sukuk Mudharabah principal amount of IDR 200,000,000,000
issued by the Company will mature. However, the Company
has prepared sufficient funds for the repayment of such Sukuk
Mudharabah principal amount together with the profit-sharing
distribution, estimated at IDR 4,250,000,000, payable to the
holders of the Sukuk Mudharabah upon maturity, using the
Company's internal cash resources.
Impact of event, material information or The principal payment of Mandala Multifinance Continuous
facts towards Issuers or Public Sukuk Mudharabah I Phase III Year 2023 Series B has no
Company’s operational activities, legal, significant impact to the Company, because the Company has
financial condition, or going concern provided funds for that purpose in the Company's bank
account.
