Keuangan No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan
Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, melalui surat ini
kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 22 Mei 2026, Perseroan
telah menerima informasi perihal pengunduran diri Bapak
Abraham Theofilus, dari posisinya sebagai Direktur Perseroan.
Sebagai proses lebih lanjut atas pengunduran diri tersebut,
kami akan melaksanakan proses sebagaimana yang diatur
dalam Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, dan untuk memenuhi
POJK No. 33/POJK.04/2024, mengenai permohonan
pengunduran diri anggota Direksi Perseroan dari jabatannya
yang akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perseroan terdekat.

Description of Material Information or In compliance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation
Facts No. 33.POJK.04.2014 concerning the Board of Directors and
Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, we
hereby inform you that on May 22, 2026, the Company
received notification regarding the resignation of Mr. Abraham
Theofilus from his position as Director of the Company.
As a further process following such resignation, the Company
will carry out the procedures in accordance with the Company
Articles of Association, and in compliance with POJK No.
33.POJK.04.2014 concerning the resignation request of a
member of the Board of Directors of the Company from his
position, which shall be resolved at the nearest General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
