                                            prospective controller and PT Prima Multi Usaha
                                            Indonesia Tbk together with Mr. Agus Susanto as the

                                               seller have mutually agreed to extend the term of the
                                               Term Sheet until 31 December 2026.



                                               The extension of the Term Sheet is made because the
                                               discussion and negotiation process regarding the
                                               proposed transaction as contemplated under the Term
                                               Sheet is still ongoing. The extension is intended to
                                               provide adequate time for the parties to continue the
                                               discussion and negotiation regarding the proposed
                                               transaction.
