2026 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per EMTKDRCK6A) (jika
jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 686 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham EMTK di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that EMTKDRCK6A is exercised on 25 Mei 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per EMTKDRCK6A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 686 being the closing price of EMTK Shares on Indonesia
Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
