Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 1.834 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham MYOR di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that MYORDRCK6A is exercised on 25 Mei 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per MYORDRCK6A) (if the
said amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 1.834 being the closing price of MYOR Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.
