dengan independensi dari kode etik Profesi Akuntan Publik yang telah ditetapkan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia.

Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Yasir To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on
31 December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
As Public Accountants, Yasir and the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (Ernst & Young) have
complied with the independence of the code of ethics for the Public Accounting Profession that has been established by
the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants.
