Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 10 Juli 2024, Perseroan bersama dengan Axiata
Enterprise Sdn Bhd (AE) telah menandatangani Sale and
Purchase Agreement sehubungan dengan transaksi jual beli
saham Axiata Global Services Pte Ltd (AGS) dimana
Perseroan melakukan pembelian 100.000 lembar saham atau
100% saham AGS (Transaksi) dengan nilai Transaksi USD 1.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini akan memberikan dampak positif bagi Perseroan,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan karena memungkinkan Perseroan untuk sepenuhnya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, memonetisasi aset yang dimiliki dengan melakukan transaksi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau langsung dengan pelanggan global dan dapat menjadi
Perusahaan Publik penyedia layanan telekomunikasi internasional yang
membawa kemampuan digital global ke dalam Perseroan dan
memanfaatkan kemampuan Perseroan dan grup Perseroan
mendapatkan pasar internasional. Perseroan juga akan
mendapatkan kesempatan besar dalam menargetkan pasar
telekomunikasi lintas batas negara.
Informasi Lain
Setelah penyelesaian Transaksi, maka AGS akan menjadi anak perusahaan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On July 10, 2024, The Company with Axiata Enterprise Sdn
Facts Bhd, (AE) has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated
July 10, 2024, concerning the share purchase transaction of
Axiata Global Services Ptd Ltd (AGS) in which the Company is
purchasing 100,000 shares or 100% shares ownership of AGS
from AE (Transaction) with a Transaction value of USD 1.
Impact of event, material information or This Transaction will positively impact the Company, as it
facts towards Issuers or Public allows the Company to fully monetize its assets by conducting
Company’s operational activities, legal, direct transactions with global customers and becoming an
financial condition, or going concern international telecommunications service provider that brings
global digital capabilities into the Company. It also leverages
the Company's and its group's ability to capture international
markets. Additionally, the Company will gain a significant
opportunity to target the cross-border telecommunications
market.
Other Information
Upon completion of the Transaction, AGS will become a subsidiary of the Company.
