sebagai mitra lokal dalam konsorsium proyek Pengolahan
Sampah menjadi Energi Listrik ("PSEL") bersama
Zhejiang Weiming Environment Protection Co., Ltd.
("Zhejiang Weiming") untuk dua lokasi proyek nasional
yang telah ditetapkan oleh Badan Pengelola Investasi
Daya Anagata Nusantara ("Danantara").
PT Solusi Environment Asia Tbk (the “Company”), on
behalf of its subsidiary PT Ananta Energi Asia (“AEA”),
proudly announces the approval of AEA’s addition as a
local partner in the consortium for the Waste-to-Energy
(“WtE”) project together with Zhejiang Weiming
Environment Protection Co., Ltd. (“Zhejiang Weiming”)
for two national project sites designated by Badan
Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara
(“Danantara”).
Pengumuman ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari penetapan
resmi Danantara atas Zhejiang Weiming sebagai mitra
kerja sama untuk dua fasilitas PSEL tahap pertama, yakni

di Denpasar Raya dan Bogor Raya. Pembentukan konsorsium tersebut dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan Danantara yang mewajibkan mitra operator internasional untuk menggandeng entitas lokal Indonesia, guna mendorong transfer teknologi dan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah serta pemangku kepentingan setempat. This announcement follows on Danantara’s official appointment of Zhejiang Weiming as the cooperation partner for the first phase of the WtE facilities in Greater Denpasar and Greater Bogor. The establishment of this consortium was carried out in accordance with Danantara’s requirement for international operating partners to collaborate with Indonesian local entities, with the aim of promoting technology transfer and collaboration with regional governments and local stakeholders. Zhejiang Weiming merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengelola PSEL terbesar dan paling berpengalaman di dunia, dengan portofolio proyek yang mencakup puluhan fasilitas beroperasi di Tiongkok. Pada tahun 2025, total produksi listrik Zhejiang Weiming dari operasi pengolahan sampah mencapai 4,62 miliar kWh, atau setara dengan konsumsi listrik tahunan sebuah provinsi menengah di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini telah ditetapkan oleh Danantara sebagai mitra kerja sama untuk dua dari empat lokasi PSEL tahap pertama, yakni Denpasar Raya dan Bogor Raya, dan menjadikannya salah satu pemenang terbesar dalam tender proyek PSEL nasional tahap pertama. Zhejiang Weiming is one of the world’s largest and most experienced WtE operators, with a project portfolio comprising dozens of operating facilities across China. In 2025, Zhejiang Weiming’s total electricity generation from waste treatment operations reached 4.62 billion kWh, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of a mid- sized province in Indonesia. This company has been appointed by Danantara as the cooperation partner for two of the four first-phase WtE project locations, namely Greater Denpasar and Greater Bogor, making it one of the largest winners in the first phase of the national WtE project tender. AEA didirikan oleh Perseroan bersama dengan PT Asia Investment Capital (“AIC”), selaku Pengendali Perseroan,

pada tanggal 5 Februari 2026, dengan kepemilikan saham
masing-masing sebesar 99% dan 1%. AEA berperan
sebagai mitra lokal resmi dalam konsorsium bersama
Zhejiang Weiming, bertanggung jawab atas koordinasi
perizinan, hubungan dengan pemerintah daerah, dan
transfer teknologi kepada kapasitas industri dalam negeri,
sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ditetapkan Danantara.
AEA was established by the Company together with PT
Asia Investment Capital (“AIC”), as the Company’s
Controlling Shareholder, on 5 February 2026, with share
ownership of 99% and 1%, respectively. AEA serves as one
of the official local partner in the consortium with
Zhejiang Weiming and is responsible for licensing
coordination, engagement with regional governments, and
facilitating technology transfer to domestic industrial
capabilities, in accordance with the requirements
stipulated by Danantara.
