RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Kanel dan Rekan dengan Akuntan Publik
(Signing Partner) yaitu Ibu Wenny Sugianto untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Berdasarkan analisis terhadap pemenuhan pembatasan penggunaan jasa audit dan masa jeda, dan menimbang jumlah
tahun buku keterlibatan AP dan EQCR dalam pemberian jasa audit atas informasi keuangan historis tidak melewati
ketentuan POJK Nomor 9 tahun 2023, kami menyimpulkan bahwa:
AP Wenny Sugianto dapat bertindak sebagai rekan perikatan untuk jasa audit atas informasi keuangan historis PT
Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk untuk tanggal dan tahun yang berakhir 31 Desember
2024. Hal ini telah memenuhi ketentuan dalam POJK Nomor 9 tahun 2023 dimana Pihak selain bank umum, emiten,
dan perusahaan publik membatasi penggunaan jasa audit atas informasi keuangan
historis tahunan dari AP yang sama paling lama untuk periode audit selama 5 (lima) tahun buku pelaporan berturut-turut
dan masa jeda selama 2 (dua) tahun buku pelaporan secara berturut-turut;

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26 June 2024 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Kanel dan Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mrs. Wenny Sugianto To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31
December 2024
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on an analysis of compliance with restrictions on the use of audit services and cooling off periods, and
considering the number of financial years that AP and EQCR have been involved in providing audit services for historical
financial information that do not exceed the provisions of POJK Number 9 of 2023, we conclude that:
AP Wenny Sugianto can act as an engagement partner for audit services on the historical financial information of PT
Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk for the date and year ended 31 December
2024. This has fulfilled the provisions in POJK Number 9 of 2023 where parties other than commercial banks, issuers
and public companies limit the use of audit services for financial information
annual history of the same AP for a maximum of an audit period of 5 (five) consecutive reporting financial years and a
gap period of 2 (two) consecutive reporting financial years;
