on the Decree of the Board of Directors No. SK
012/Kep-Dir/OONAIVII/2024 dated July 8, 2024,
which is attached together with this letter, the Board
of Directors has appointed Ms. Fausia Isti Tanoso
as the Corporate Secretary effective from July 8,
2024 to replace Ms. Cynthia Idhe Harninta.
