RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM LUAR BIASA
PT BAKRIE SUMATERA PLANTATIONS Tbk
Direksi PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (“Perseroan”) dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“RUPSLB”) Perseroan yang semula direncanakan akan diselenggarakan
di Jakarta pada hari Senin, 25 Mei 2026 belum dapat dilaksanakan dikarenakan masih terdapat tambahan
permintaan penjelasan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”).
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka RUPSLB yang sebelumnya telah diumumkan oleh Perseroan
melalui Pemanggilan RUPSLB pada tanggal 30 April 2026 melalui situs web Bursa Efek indonesia, situs
web eASY.KSEI, dan situs web Perseroan, ditunda pelaksanaannya dan selanjutnya akan dilaksanakan
pada:

ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSTPONEMENT
EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT BAKRIE SUMATERA PLANTATIONS Tbk
The Board of Directors of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces that
the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“EGMS”) of the Company, which was originally
scheduled to be held in Jakarta on Monday, 25 May 2026, cannot yet be convened due to additional
requests for clarification from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or “OJK”).
In connection therewith, the EGMS which had previously been announced by the Company through the
EGMS Invitation dated 30 April 2026 via the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, the eASY.KSEI website,
and the Company’s website, is hereby postponed and will subsequently be held on:
Day/Date : Wednesday, 10 June 2026
Time : 10.00 Western Indonesian Time
Venue : The Bridge Function Rooms
Horison Suites & Residence Rasuna – Jakarta Selatan
Thus, this announcement of the postponement of the EGMS is conveyed.
