Anak Usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, menyelenggarakan
acara Vendor Annual Meeting 2024 di ruang Udaya Graha
Elnusa pada (09/07). Acara yang mengusung tema
"Collaborative Partnership for Business Sustainability" ini
dihadiri oleh Direktur SDM & Umum Elnusa Hera Handayani,
Direktur Keuangan Elnusa Stanley Iriawan, Direktur Operasi
Elnusa Endro Hartanto, dan Direktur Pengembangan Usaha
Elnusa Arief Prasetyo Handoyo, beserta manajemen dan
vendor strategis perusahaan.
Direktur SDM & Umum Elnusa Hera Handayani yang hadir
menekankan pentingnya kerja sama antara Elnusa dan para
vendor dalam mencapai keberlanjutan bisnis. "Sebagai
perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa energi terintegrasi,
kami menyadari peranan penting mitra kerja dalam
mendukung kelancaran operasional dan pencapaian tujuan
perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, melalui pertemuan tahunan ini,
kami berharap dapat menciptakan komunikasi yang lebih
efektif, meningkatkan kualitas kerja sama, serta menemukan
solusi bersama atas berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi."

Kegiatan Vendor Annual Meeting 2024 ini diisi dengan
berbagai agenda seperti Brief of Supply Chain Management
dan AKHLAK yang disampaikan oleh VP Supply Chain
Management Elnusa Didik Purwanto, yang menyoroti
pentingnya integritas dan etika dalam manajemen rantai
pasok, dilanjutkan dengan HSSE Evaluation & Human
Performance, Peningkatan keamanan Vendor Management
System, Sistem manajemen mutu kontraktor, serta pemaparan
dari Bank Mandiri mengenai dukungan Bank Mandiri dalam
supplier financing.
Vendor Annual Meeting 2024 ini merupakan komitmen Elnusa
dalam memperkuat kolaborasi dengan para mitra kerja/ vendor
untuk keberlanjutan bisnis yang lebih baik. Elnusa berharap
melalui acara ini, hubungan dengan para mitra semakin erat
dan dapat membawa manfaat yang lebih besar bagi kedua

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 10 July 2024 - PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), which is part
of the Pertamina Upstream Subholding, held the 2024 Vendor
Annual Meeting in the Udaya Graha Elnusa room on (09/07).
The event, which had the theme "Collaborative Partnership for
Business Sustainability", was attended by Elnusa's HR &
General Director Hera Handayani, Elnusa's Finance Director
Stanley Iriawan, Elnusa's Operations Director Endro Hartanto,
and Elnusa's Business Development Director Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo, along with the company's strategic management and
vendors.
Elnusa HR & General Director Hera Handayani who was
present emphasized the importance of cooperation between
Elnusa and vendors in achieving business sustainability. "As a
company operating in the integrated energy services sector,
we realize the important role of partners in supporting smooth
operations and achieving company goals. Therefore, through
this annual meeting, we hope to create more effective
communication, improve the quality of cooperation, and find
joint solutions to the various challenges faced." said Hera.
Hera added, "We hope that, through this closer and more
productive collaboration, we can together achieve the
sustainability goals we have set. "PT Elnusa Tbk is committed
to continuing to support partners in achieving mutual success,"
said Hera.
The 2024 Vendor Annual Meeting activities were filled with
various agendas such as Brief of Supply Chain Management
and AKHLAK delivered by VP Supply Chain Management
Elnusa Didik Purwanto, which highlighted the importance of
integrity and ethics in supply chain management, followed by
HSSE Evaluation & Human Performance, Increasing security
Vendor Management System, contractor quality management
system, as well as presentation from Bank Mandiri regarding
Bank Mandiri's support in supplier financing.
The 2024 Vendor Annual Meeting is Elnusa's commitment to
strengthening collaboration with work partners/vendors for
better business sustainability. Elnusa hopes that through this
event, relationships with partners will become closer and can
bring greater benefits to both parties.
