Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 Perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang erubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami
sampaikan pemberitahuan sebagai berikut:
1. BRI Finance telah mencadangkan dana untuk pembayaran
pokok dan bunga Obligasi II BRI Finance Tahun 2023 Seri A
yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 21 Juli 2024 sebesar Rp
197.000.000.000,- (seratus sembilan puluh tujuh miliar
Rupiah).
2. Saat ini dana tersebut telah tersedia pada rekening kas dan
setara kas Perusahaan. Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk
pembayaran bunga atas Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke
dalam rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI)
secara tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah
ditentukan.
3. Tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting lainnya yang akan
dilakukan Perusahaan terkait kesiapan Perusahaan untuk
Pembayaran Obligasi II BRI Finance Tahun 2023 Seri A.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting lainnya yang akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dilakukan Perusahaan terkait kesiapan Perusahaan untuk
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Pembayaran Obligasi II BRI Finance Tahun 2023 Seri A.

Description of Material Information or Based on Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
Facts Number Kep00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022
regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E, we hereby
provide the following notification:
1. PT BRI Multifinance Indonesia has currently prepared funds
to pay the principal and interest of BRI Finance Bond II Series
A Year 2023 amounting to Rp 179.000.000.000,- (one hundred
and seventy nine billion Rupiah) which due on July, 21st 2024.
2. Currently, the funds are available in the Company's cash
and cash equivalents. The fund for the Bonds principal
settlement including its interest payment will be deposited into
Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) account
promptly according to the specified schedule.
3. There are no decisions or other important matters that will
be made by the Company regarding the Company's readiness
for the Payment of BRI Finance Bond II Year 2023 Series A.
