Sampai dibuatnya surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi dalam waktu dekat yang akan berakibat pada pencatatan saham Perseroan di

Bursa./
As of'the issuance of this letter, the Company does not have any plans to underiake corporate

actions in the near future that would affect the listing of ihe Company's shares on the
Exchange.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam
hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut./

Plans of the main shareholders regarding their ownership in the Company. In this regard,
may the Corporate Secretary kindly inguire with the main shareholders before responding to

this confirmation.

Jawaban:

Hingga saat ini pemegang saham pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama Perseroan
belum memiliki rencana terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan./
As of now, the controlling shareholder and/or major shareholders of the Company do not

have any plans regarding their ownership in the Company.
