The remaining funds from the Public Offering (IPO) of PT Perma Plasindo Tbk were placed in Bank BCA KCP Kelapa
Gading Villa in the name of PT Perma Plasindo in the form of a time deposit with an interest rate of 3.66% per year.
The funds resulting from the conversion of warrants that have not been used are placed in Bank CIMB Niaga KCP
Ambassador in the name of PT Perma Plasindo in the form of GIRO with interest of 0.25% per year. There is no
affiliation between PT Perma Plasindo, Tbk and Bank BCA and Bank CIMB Niaga.
