- Adapun seluruh hak dan kewajiban, perjanjian, perikatan,
pesanan pembelian, pesanan layanan dan korespondensi atau
segala bentuk dokumentasi yang dimasukkan ke dalam atau
diterbitkan sebelum tanggal efektif di atas akan tetap sah dan
mengikat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material atas perubahan tersebut pada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan. Nama anak usaha akan dimasukan dalam laporan

out under the name PT Nusantara Bhuana Investasi.
